Entrerai a far parte del team commerciale occupandoti dello sviluppo di nuove opportunità e della costruzione di relazioni di valore con i professionisti del mondo beauty. Il tuo ruolo sarà comprendere le loro esigenze, proporre soluzioni ad alto impatto e accompagnarli in un percorso di crescita insieme a Treatwell.

Con un approccio professionale, empatico e brillante, entrerai in contatto telefonicamente con gli imprenditori del settore per raccontare come Treatwell può aiutarli a far crescere il proprio business, migliorando la gestione del salone e offrendo un’esperienza sempre più innovativa ai loro clienti.

Responsabilità

  • 🔍 Individuazione di nuove opportunità: Sviluppo commerciale attraverso attività outbound, identificando potenziali clienti tramite un'attenta mappatura del mercato locale
  • 📞 Contatto e Consulenza: Contattare telefonicamente nuovi saloni per raccontare Treatwell, analizzando e studiando i bisogni specifici del singolo cliente per offrire la soluzione ideale
  • ✍️ Chiusura deal: Gestione autonoma dell'intero ciclo di vendita, dalla lead generation e presentazione del prodotto, fino alla negoziazione e conclusione degli accordi commerciali
  • 🏆 Overachievement: Punterai dritto agli obiettivi commerciali per raggiungerli e superarli, contribuendo attivamente alla crescita del business

Su di te

  • 💡 Hai maturato esperienza pregressa nel telemarketing e/o nella vendita telefonica (la vendita B2B o nel settore digital/SaaS è un super plus)
  • 🔥 Hai una spiccata attitudine commerciale, determinazione e un forte orientamento al risultato. Sei estremamente stimolato/a da obiettivi sfidanti e non hai paura di raggiungerli (di fronte a un "no", non ti arrendi: lo trasformi in una nuova opportunità)
  • 💬 Possiedi ottime capacità comunicative e sai creare rapidamente un rapporto di empatia e fiducia con i clienti fin dal primo contatto telefonico
  • ⚡ Sei una persona autonoma, organizzata e proattiva
  • 💻 Sai muoverti con sicurezza e dimestichezza tra i principali strumenti informatici (dopotutto, vendiamo tecnologia!)
