現在ラピュタロボティクスでは、30ヶ国以上から200名以上の多国籍メンバーが集まり、日本・インド・アメリカを拠点に事業を展開しています。

このポジションは、社内のフィールドセールスや各プロダクトメンバーと連携を通じて、主に展示会等のオフラインイベントやオンラインウェビナー、オウンドメディアや外部テレマーケティングベンダー等から取得されたリードに対して的確にアプローチし、弊社のソリューションで解決可能な課題を持つお客様を上流で選定するための重要な役割を担います。

【役割】

  • インサイドセールスとして、顧客とのコミュニケーションを通じてリードの獲得や育成を行い、ラピュタロボティクスの成長に貢献する重要なポジションです。
  • 協力会社と連携し、主に電話やメールを通じて潜在顧客と接触し、商談の機会を創出します。また、オウンドメディア等の自社コンテンツからのインバウンド流入を向上させる施策を通じてリードを育成し、フィールドセールスの売上目標達成を支援します。
  • ※キャリア志向や経験に応じて、配属後ジョブローテーションの可能性もあります。

【業務内容】

  • リードの発掘と管理
  • イベント等で接点のあった顧客に対して電話やメールを通じたアプローチを行い、興味を引き出して商談の機会を創出します。CRMシステムを活用してリードの管理を行います。
  • 顧客ニーズのヒアリング
  • 顧客への製品紹介を行い、課題やニーズを丁寧にヒアリングし、最適なソリューションを提案する準備をします。
  • 商談設定
  • 発掘したリードをフィールドセールスチームに連携し、商談(デモンストレーションの招待等)のアポイントメントを設定します。
  • セールスレポート作成
  • 営業活動の進捗や結果を報告するレポートを作成し、チーム内での情報共有を行います。
  • KPIマネジメント
  • KPIの目標達成に向け、自発的かつ効率的なアクションを行います。

Requirements

【必須要件(MUST)】

  • インサイドセールスまたは関連分野で3年以上の経験がある方
  • KPIマネジメントの経験がある方
  • 優れたコミュニケーション能力および対人スキル
  • 基本的なパソコンスキル（Word、Excel、PowerPoint,Slack）
  • 自発的に行動できる方で、他者へのリスペクトを前提にチームプレイヤーとして働ける方
  • CRMシステムの使用経験がある方（現状社内のCRMツールはHubspotを採用中）

  • B2B営業の経験がある方(SaaS商材、その他ソフトウェア等の無形商材)
  • 物流業界、ロボティクス業界に興味のある方
  • テレマーケティングの経験がある方
  • 基本的なマーケティング知識
  • 英語などの語学スキルがある方
