  • Coordinate with Quoting, CAD, Engineering, Project Management, Manufacturing, and Operations.
  • Review and present proposals, pricing, project scope, timelines, assumptions, and exclusions.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up on open quotes, customer decisions, and outstanding project information.

  • Maintain an accurate pipeline and revenue forecast for assigned accounts.
  • Identify opportunities to expand business into additional products, locations, branches, and project teams.
  • Recognize project risks, compliance requirements, and potential schedule impacts before an order is finalized.
  • Provide complete and accurate project handoffs to Project Management and Operations.
  • Remain engaged throughout project execution as the owner of the customer relationship.

Qualifications

  • Five or more years of experience in account management, business-to-business sales, construction sales, building products, or project-based sales.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customers, quotes, and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong written, verbal, organizational, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM software and maintaining accurate opportunity records.
  • Ability to discuss pricing, scope, timelines, and commercial terms with customers.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic construction drawings, elevations, and project specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across Sales, Project Management, Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and Finance.

Preferred Experience

  • Commercial construction, accessibility products, modular buildings, ramps, platforms, stairs, railings, canopies, or related building products.
  • Experience working with general contractors, modular building companies, architects, dealers, or government customers.
  • Experience with HubSpot, ERP systems, quoting platforms, or construction project management software.
  • Familiarity with ADA compliance standards, accessibility regulations, and building codes.
  • Experience coordinating with installation crews, subcontractors, or field service teams.
  • Background in estimating, takeoffs, or reviewing construction bid documents.
  • Experience managing long sales cycles and multi-phase commercial projects.
  • Knowledge of contract terms, purchase orders, and commercial sales agreements.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or made-to-order product environment.
  • Ability to analyze project profitability, margins, and cost drivers.
  • Experience supporting multi-location or national account customers.

Success may be measured by:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
