In qualità di Inside Sales Representative, sarai il principale punto di contatto per un portafoglio di clienti B2B di piccole dimensioni e caratterizzati da un elevato numero di transazioni in tutta Europa. Gestirai le loro attività commerciali quotidiane, dalla gestione dei lead e dalla preparazione delle offerte fino all'evasione degli ordini. Avrai un ruolo chiave nel consolidare la fidelizzazione dei clienti, individuando al contempo opportunità di upselling e cross-selling all'interno del portafoglio assegnato.

Cosa farai

· Gestirai un portafoglio di clienti B2B, garantendo un supporto tempestivo, professionale e orientato alla ricerca di soluzioni.

· Gestirai le richieste dei clienti relative a prodotti, prezzi, preventivi, stato degli ordini, tempi di consegna e spedizioni.

· Preparerai offerte commerciali per prodotti standard, nel rispetto delle politiche di prezzo aziendali.

· Gestirai l'intero processo dall'ordine alla consegna, inclusi inserimento dell'ordine, conferma, monitoraggio e gestione dei resi.

· Collaborerai strettamente con i team Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance e Customer Service per garantire un'eccellente esperienza al cliente.

· Risolverai tempestivamente le problematiche dei clienti, mantenendo una comunicazione chiara e professionale durante l'intero processo.

· Manterrai aggiornate e accurate le informazioni relative a clienti, preventivi e ordini in SAP e CRM, contribuendo allo sviluppo di processi commerciali sempre più digitalizzati e automatizzati.

Requirements

Cerchiamo una persona proattiva, organizzata e orientata al cliente, che ami gestire un portafoglio ad alto volume di clienti caratterizzati da numerose transazioni, mantenendo un'elevata attenzione ai dettagli e alla qualità del servizio.

Nello specifico, cerchiamo una persona con:

· Precedente esperienza in Customer Service, Inside Sales, Sales Administration o Order Management, preferibilmente in un contesto B2B manifatturiero o industriale.

· Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica, Gestionale o equivalente oppure diploma tecnico con esperienza e forte potenziale

· Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata.

· Esperienza nell'utilizzo di SAP; la conoscenza di sistemi CRM costituisce un importante vantaggio.

· Eccellenti capacità organizzative e capacità di gestire più priorità in un ambiente dinamico e caratterizzato da ritmi sostenuti.

· Spiccate capacità comunicative e di problem solving.

· Capacità di lavorare sia in autonomia sia in collaborazione con un team internazionale e interfunzionale.

Costituiscono un plus

· Conoscenza di un'ulteriore lingua europea (francese, tedesco, italiano, spagnolo o altre).

· Esperienza nei settori Medical Devices, Food & Beverage, Automotive o Thermal Management.

· Familiarità con i processi di previsione delle vendite e di automazione commerciale.
