The Valley District Insurance Center is looking for driven, coachable sales professionals who want an opportunity to grow their income and build a long-term career in insurance.

We want our sales team focused on what they do best: selling, building relationships, and helping customers.

We handle marketing and lead generation internally so you can spend your time working real opportunities instead of searching for people to call.

You'll have the structure, tools, training, and support needed to develop into a successful insurance sales professional.

Training, Support & Marketing

We invest heavily in your success. All training is 100% paid and includes product and sales education exclusive to our agency.

We handle all marketing and lead generation internally, providing a consistent flow of qualified leads so you can focus entirely on selling and developing the skills you'll need as an agency owner.

No cold calling. No canvassing. Just real leads and real development.

Requirements

  • Join daily huddles to align as a team.
  • Work a high volume of warm, qualified leads.
  • Develop quotes, deliver sales presentations, and close business.
  • Build client relationships and follow up to earn the sale.
  • Maintain accurate customer information in our CRM.
  • Work directly with your sales manager on coaching, role-playing, and professional development.

As you progress, your development shifts from pure production to agency ownership readiness—learning how to manage a P&L, hire and train staff, build a marketing engine, and grow your own book of business.
