LES TÂCHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR 🎯

  • Intégrer les systèmes électriques cabine dans la maquette numérique (DMU) en assurant le routage des harnais électriques sous CATIA V5.
  • Réaliser le cheminement (routing) des harnais électriques en respectant les contraintes d'installation, de fabrication, de maintenance et d'accessibilité.
  • Définir et mettre à jour les schémas de câblage, les listes de fils, les connecteurs et la documentation EWIS associée.
  • Assurer la conformité des installations aux exigences EWIS, aux standards de certification et aux règles de conception aéronautiques.
  • Coordonner les interfaces entre les systèmes électriques cabine, les structures, les systèmes mécaniques et les autres disciplines d'ingénierie.
  • Collaborer avec les fournisseurs et les équipes multidisciplinaires afin de résoudre les problématiques d'intégration et d'installation.
  • Gérer les demandes de modifications (Engineering Change Requests) et assurer la mise à jour des données de conception et de fabrication.
  • Participer aux revues de conception (PDR, CDR, Design Reviews) et contribuer aux analyses de faisabilité technique.
  • Supporter les équipes de production, d'assemblage et d'installation lors de la fabrication et de l'intégration des harnais électriques.
  • Analyser les non-conformités et les problématiques d'installation en production, identifier les causes racines et proposer des actions correctives.
  • Participer aux activités de validation des installations électriques, aux essais de continuité, d'isolation et de fonctionnement des systèmes.
  • Assurer la production et le maintien de la documentation technique (plans, nomenclatures, instructions de fabrication et rapports de validation).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 🎯

  • Integrate cabin electrical systems into the Digital Mock-Up (DMU) by performing electrical harness routing using CATIA V5.
  • Route electrical harnesses while ensuring compliance with installation, manufacturing, maintenance, and accessibility requirements.
  • Create and maintain wiring diagrams, wire lists, connector definitions, and associated EWIS documentation.
  • Ensure compliance of electrical installations with EWIS requirements, certification standards, and aerospace design practices.
  • Coordinate electrical interfaces between cabin systems, structures, mechanical systems, and other engineering disciplines.
  • Collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional engineering teams to resolve electrical integration and installation issues.
  • Manage Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) and maintain design and manufacturing documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Participate in design reviews (PDR, CDR, and Design Reviews) and contribute to technical feasibility assessments.
  • Support production, assembly, and installation teams during the manufacturing and integration of electrical harnesses.
  • Investigate production non-conformities and installation issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
  • Participate in the validation of electrical installations, including continuity, insulation, and functional testing.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), manufacturing work instructions, and validation reports.

Requirements

VOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL À NOTRE REUSSITE 💎

  • Diplôme d’ingénieur en génie électrique, électronique, avionique ou équivalent
  • Expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum en EWIS ou en intégration électrique aéronautique
  • Une expérience sur programme aéronautique est un atout majeur
  • Expérience en environnement certifié et en câblage aéronautique fortement apprécié
  • Maîtrise des normes EWIS (AC 25.1701 à 25.1731)
  • Connaissance des exigences de certification (CAW 525, FAR 25, CS 25)
  • Bonnes pratiques d’installation de câblage (routing, clamping, règles de séparation)
  • Expérience en intégration électrique aéronautique
  • Compétences en conception électrique et lecture de schémas
  • Maîtrise d’outils de conception (Catia V5, DMU)
  • Capacité à réaliser des analyses électriques (ELA, bilans de puissance)

YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS 💎

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Avionics Engineering, or an equivalent discipline;
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in EWIS or aircraft electrical integration;
  • Experience on an aerospace program is considered a major asset;
  • Experience working in a certified aerospace environment and with aircraft wiring systems is highly desirable;
  • Strong knowledge of EWIS regulations and standards (AC 25.1701 to AC 25.1731);
  • Familiarity with certification requirements and regulations, including CAW 525, FAR 25, and CS 25;
  • Knowledge of aircraft wiring installation best practices, including routing, clamping, and separation requirements;
  • Experience in aircraft electrical systems integration;
  • Strong electrical design skills and ability to read and interpret electrical schematics;
  • Proficiency with engineering design tools such as CATIA V5 and DMU;
  • Ability to perform electrical analyses, including Electrical Load Analysis (ELA) and power balance assessments.
