L’intégrateur mécanique Cabine est responsable de l'intégration physique et fonctionnelle des sous-systèmes de l'aménagement intérieur de la cabine. Il agit comme le garant de la cohérence technique entre la structure de l'avion (fuselage) et les modules intérieurs (Galleys, Seats, Lavatory, Bins, etc.).

Son rôle est pivot entre les équipes de structure, les fournisseurs d'équipements et la chaîne d'assemblage final, assurant une installation conforme aux exigences.

LES TÂCHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR 🎯

  • Réaliser des études de faisabilité en amont des phases de conception détaillée
  • Proposer des concepts d’intégration à haut niveau (architecture, interfaces, implantation)
  • Identifier les risques techniques, industriels et plannings liés aux différentes options
  • Contribuer à la sélection et au pré-dimensionnement des solutions techniques
  • Participer à l'identification et à la présélection des fournisseurs potentiels
  • Préparer des synthèses décisionnelles (trade-offs) pour le programme
  • Réaliser l'intégration 3D sous CATIA V5 des composants cabine dans l'environnement avion complet
  • Définir et gérer les interfaces mécaniques (points de fixation, supports, brackets) entre la structure primaire/secondaire et l'aménagement intérieur
  • Intégrer les éléments dans la Digital Mockup (DMU) de l’avion, effectuer la détection de (clash) et vérifier les jeux fonctionnels ainsi que les tolérances de montage
  • Valider les plans d'installation et les documents de contrôle d'interface
  • Apporter un support technique immédiat à la chaîne d'assemblage (FAL)
  • Supporter les équipes de certification (Stress, Occupant Safety, Flammability)

The Cabin Mechanical Integrator is responsible for the physical and functional integration of the interior subsystems of the A220 program. They act as the guarantor of technical consistency between the aircraft structure (fuselage) and interior modules (galleys, seats, lavatories, bins, etc.).

They play a pivotal role between the structural teams, equipment suppliers, and the final assembly line, ensuring that installation complies with requirements.

YOUR TASKS 🎯

  • Conduct feasibility studies prior to the detailed design phases.
  • Propose high-level integration concepts (architecture, interfaces, layout).
  • Identify the technical, industrial, and scheduling risks associated with the various options.
  • Contribute to the selection and preliminary sizing of technical solutions.
  • Participate in the identification and pre-selection of potential suppliers.
  • Prepare decision-making summaries (trade-offs) for the program
  • Perform 3D integration of cabin components into the complete aircraft environment using CATIA V5
  • Define and manage mechanical interfaces (attachment points, supports, brackets) between the primary/secondary structure and the interior layout
  • Integrate the elements into the aircraft's Digital Mockup (DMU), perform clash detection, and verify functional clearances and assembly tolerances
  • Validate installation plans and interface control documents

Requirements

VOTRE PROFIL EST ESSENTIEL À NOTRE REUSSITE 💎

  • Ingénieur en Génie Mécanique / Aéronautique ou Technicien Supérieur expérimenté
  • Minimum 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en bureau d'études aéronautique particulièrement en aménagement intérieur
  • Maîtrise avancée de CATIA V5 (Part Design, Assembly, GSD)
  • Connaissance des outils de gestion de données (ENOVIA, Datalink, eRoom)
  • Connaissance des normes de certification (CS-25 / FAR-25)
  • Capacité à visualiser des assemblages complexes en 3D.
  • Rigueur technique et souci du détail.
  • Aptitude à communiquer avec des équipes multidisciplinaires (Programme, Stress, Systèmes, Production).

YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS 💎

  • Experienced Mechanical/Aerospace Engineer or Senior Technician
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an aerospace design office, particularly in interior design
  • Advanced proficiency in CATIA V5 (Part Design, Assembly, GSD)
  • Knowledge of data management tools (ENOVIA, Datalink, eRoom)
  • Knowledge of certification standards (CS-25 / FAR-25)
  • Ability to visualize complex assemblies in 3D.
  • Technical rigor and attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate with multidisciplinary teams (Program, Stress, Systems, Production).
