LES TÂCHES QUE VOUS ALLEZ ACCOMPLIR 🎯

  • Concevoir et réviser les aménagements 3D de harnais EWIS, le routage, les supports, l’emplacement des composants, les assemblages ainsi que les dessins d’installation et de détail.
  • Participer à la sélection et à l’intégration des composants EWIS, connecteurs, capots arrière, colliers, supports, conduits et dispositifs de protection.
  • Veiller au respect des exigences de séparation, ségrégation, dégagement, rayon de courbure, espacement des supports, accessibilité, maintenabilité et contraintes environnementales.
  • Coordonner les installations 3D avec les schémas électriques, diagrammes de câblage, définitions des harnais, interfaces équipements et contraintes des différentes zones de l’aéronef.
  • Collaborer avec les équipes des systèmes électriques, structures, charges et contraintes, intérieurs, méthodes, fabrication, thermique, sécurité, effets électromagnétiques, propriétés de masse et fournisseurs.
  • Identifier et résoudre les conflits de routage, écarts d’interface, problèmes de séquence d’installation et enjeux de fabricabilité.
  • Réviser les installations et définitions EWIS afin d’assurer leur conformité aux exigences de conception et de certification.
  • Proposer des solutions techniques aux problématiques liées à la conception, fabrication, fournisseurs, essais et service, incluant les analyses de causes fondamentales et actions correctives.
  • Gérer les modifications de conception, évaluer leurs impacts techniques, coûts, échéanciers, masse et risques, et maintenir les données de configuration dans l’environnement PLM.
  • Piloter des activités de conception complexes, contribuer aux décisions techniques multidisciplinaires, encadrer les ingénieurs et participer à l’amélioration des standards, méthodes et pratiques numériques.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES 🎯

  • Design and review 3D EWIS harness layouts, routing, supports, component locations, assemblies, and installation/detail drawings.
  • Support the selection and integration of EWIS components, connectors, backshells, clamps, brackets, conduits, and protective devices.
  • Ensure compliance with requirements related to separation, segregation, clearances, bend radius, support spacing, accessibility, maintainability, and environmental constraints.
  • Coordinate 3D installations with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, harness definitions, equipment interfaces, and aircraft zone constraints.
  • Collaborate with electrical systems, structures, stress, interiors, methods, manufacturing, thermal, safety, electromagnetic effects, mass properties, and supplier teams.
  • Identify and resolve routing conflicts, interface discrepancies, installation sequencing issues, and manufacturability challenges.
  • Review EWIS installations and definitions to ensure compliance with applicable design and certification requirements.
  • Provide technical solutions to design, manufacturing, supplier, testing, and in-service issues, including root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Manage design changes, assess technical impacts, costs, schedules, mass, and risks, and maintain configuration data within the applicable PLM environment.
  • Lead complex design activities, contribute to multidisciplinary technical decisions, mentor engineers, and support the improvement of engineering standards, methods, and digital practices.

Requirements

  • Baccalauréat en génie aérospatial, mécanique, électrique ou dans une autre discipline pertinente.
  • Typiquement de 10 à 15 années d’expérience pertinente en ingénierie aéronautique.
  • Solide connaissance de l’installation EWIS, de la définition 3D des harnais et de l’intégration des composants électriques.
  • Bonne compréhension des règles de séparation et de ségrégation, des rayons de courbure, de l’espacement des supports, de la protection, de l’accessibilité, de la maintenabilité et des contraintes environnementales.
  • Expérience avec les schémas électriques, les diagrammes de câblage, la fabrication, l’installation et l’inspection des harnais.
  • Connaissance des principes de certification EWIS, des dessins techniques, de la gestion de configuration et de la gestion de la masse.
  • Maîtrise de CATIA V5, incluant les ateliers électriques applicables, ainsi que d’ENOVIA et de la suite Microsoft Office; la connaissance de NX et Teamcenter constitue un atout.
  • Bonne connaissance des processus PLM, de définition du produit, de gestion des changements d’ingénierie et de gestion de configuration.
  • Excellentes aptitudes en communication écrite et verbale et capacité à collaborer efficacement avec des intervenants techniques et non techniques.
  • Solides capacités d’analyse, de résolution de problèmes, d’organisation et de prise de décision, avec un haut niveau de responsabilisation.
  • Capacité à coordonner les priorités, fournir une orientation technique constructive, influencer les décisions techniques et agir comme mentor auprès des membres de l’équipe.
  • Maîtrise de l’anglais obligatoire; le français constitue un atout.

YOUR PROFILE IS ESSENTIAL TO OUR SUCCESS 💎

  • Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or another relevant discipline.
  • Typically 10 to 15 years of relevant aerospace engineering experience.
  • Strong knowledge of EWIS installation, 3D harness definition, and electrical component integration.
  • Good understanding of separation and segregation requirements, bend radius, support spacing, protection, accessibility, maintainability, and environmental constraints.
  • Experience with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, harness manufacturing, installation, and inspection.
  • Knowledge of EWIS certification principles, technical drawings, configuration management, and mass management.
  • Proficiency with CATIA V5, including applicable electrical workbenches, ENOVIA, and Microsoft Office; knowledge of NX and Teamcenter is an asset.
  • Familiarity with PLM, product definition, engineering change, and configuration management processes.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills, with a high level of accountability.
  • Ability to coordinate priorities, provide constructive technical guidance, influence technical decisions, and mentor team members.
  • Fluency in English is required; French is an asset.
