We are looking for an Integration and Automation Engineer to join our rapidly growing TLT manufacturing group in Vilnius. Become part of our united, strong and ambitious team—and never stop improving!

In this role, you will:

  • Integrate manufacturing equipment with the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) in PCB and electronics assembly plants, ensuring its operation, support and continuous improvement.
  • Identify, analyze and resolve integration issues.
  • Configure and maintain the settings and interfaces required for integrations within the MES.
  • Develop and improve MES-related automation solutions.
  • Participate in technical discussions with equipment manufacturers.
  • Contribute to the digitalization and optimization of manufacturing processes.
  • Prepare, maintain and update technical documentation.

Requirements:

  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and practical experience in a production environment.
  • Experience working with SCADA, MES or ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of factory automation and equipment integration principles.
  • Knowledge of industrial communication protocols and networks.
  • Experience with higher-level equipment integration using OPC UA and IPC-CFX standards would be an advantage.
  • Strong programming fundamentals in at least one of the following languages: C#, C/C++, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python or Java.
  • Experience developing and maintaining API integrations.
  • Understanding and practical application of JSON and XML data models.
  • Strong engineering mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • English language proficiency at B2 level.

Salary

We value every employee’s contribution and experience, so we offer an attractive compensation package based on your skills and competencies. The salary for this position is €20–25 per hour, or €3,360–4,200 per month gross, depending on your experience and qualifications.

* The employment contract states a fixed hourly salary before taxes.
