Esta posición tiene el propósito de integrarse con el equipo de análisis de datos en la obtención de información a partir de diversas fuentes y herramientas. Convertir datos en insights e identificar oportunidades.

¿Qué harás?

  • Extraerás, procesarás, analizarás y presentarás datos para el equipo y cliente, enfocado en los objetivos estratégicos.
  • Crearás reportes: Alertas o informes diarios, semanales y mensuales.
  • Monitorearás constantemente redes sociales y medios para la identificación y mapeo de temas de interés para nuestros clientes. Identificaras oportunidades y amenazas para el negocio.
  • Gestionarás alertas y crisis mediante el monitoreo y la medición del impacto.
  • Innovarás y desarrollarás nuevos procesos o herramientas que permitan automatizar tareas y/o aportar valor agregado a equipos y clientes.
  • Definirás el listening y monitoreo para marcas y equipos internos desde la definición de las queries hasta su implementación en la herramienta y posterior reporte.
  • Desarrollarás reportes de tendencias para detección de oportunidades.
  • Implementarás nuevas formas de medición y scoring así como desarrollo y mantenimiento de KPI´s e indicadores.
  • Extracción, transformación y visualización de la data para cliente final.

Requirements

¿Quién eres?

Aportarás 3 años de experiencia como Analista de Datos o Social Media Analyst.

Profesional de Estadística, Matemáticas, Políticas, Sociología, Marketing, Administración de Empresas e Ingeniería.

Nivel de inglés: Bilingue.

Aportarás conocimientos/experiencia en:

  • Excel (Tablas dinámicas, formulas, etc).
  • Herramientas Social Listening ( (Sprinklr, Tagger, Global Web Index, Semrush, etc.)
  • Elaboración de Reportes (Keynote/PowerPoint, conocimientos de data storytelling y visualización).
  • Estadística y proyecciones.
  • Manejo de bases de datos y SQL.
  • Dashboards (Google Looker Studio, Tableau, DOMO, PowerBI).
  • Valorable conocimientos en bases de datos, programación o machine learning.
  • Valorable experiencia en procesamiento métricas de campañas de comunicación es un plus.
