Nounは、手を動かしながら考え、ラフなアイデアをどんどん形にしていけるインタラクションデザイナー／クリエイティブコーダーを募集しています。プロトタイプ作りから完成度の高いアウトプットまで幅広く挑戦しながら、技術や社会の変化の激しい時代の斬新なインタラクティブ体験を生み出していきます。

業務内容

  • 具体的に形にする：決められたアウトプットやプロセスに頼るのではなく、クリティカルに思考し、具体的に形にする。状況に応じて最も効果的なツールや手段を選ぶ
  • 問題解決と自由な制作を行き来する：課題を的確に定義し、インサイトをプロトタイプへと落とし込み、Claude・Cursor・Lovable・ReplitなどのAIツールをクリエイティブプロセスの中で自由に活用する
  • 新しい技術と周辺にあるシグナルを注視し、人にとっての体験を中心に据えながら、新しいツールを実験的に取り入れていく
  • 意志を持ってプロトタイプを作る：アイデアから検証可能なアーティファクト作成を行き来しながら、フィードバックとイテレーションサイクルによってデザインを完結させる
  • 画面・システム・まだ形になっていないものを問わず、作るすべてのものに対して、高いビジュアルセンスとインタラクションへの鋭い感度を持って臨む
  • プロセスに沿って構築しながら、それが制約となる瞬間を見極める：常によりよい成果物のために、いつ制約に従い、いつ柔軟に対応し、いつ型破りなアプローチを試みるべきかを判断できる
  • デザイナー・ストラテジスト・多分野のステークホルダーと協働し、初期リサーチからプロトタイピング・開発・デリバリーまで、プロジェクトのあらゆるフェーズに貢献する
  • 伝統的な企業からベンチャーまで、多様な業界・組織タイプにまたがる課題に取り組み、それぞれが置かれた文脈に最もふさわしい表現を見つけ出す

Noun is looking for an Interaction Designer / Creative Coder who thinks through making, is quick with their hands, confident in prototyping from scrappy ideas to delivering polished, thoughtful outcomes. In a rapidly shifting landscape of technology and social contexts, you will bring transformative interactive experiences to life. You embrace change, thrive in ambiguity, and see constraints as catalysts for creativity.

Roles

  • Lead by doing: think critically and build tangibly, reaching for the most effective tool or medium rather than defaulting to a fixed output or process
  • Move fluidly between structured problem-solving and hands-on making; framing challenges, translating insights into prototypes, and using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, Lovable, or Replit as natural extensions of your creative process
  • Keep an eye for for emerging technologies and the signals that surround them them, integrating new tools to experiment while keeping the human experience and the core
  • Prototype rapidly and with intent; move from idea to testable artifact quickly, then close the loop through real feedback and iteration
  • Bring strong visual taste and an eye for key interactions to everything you touch, whether that is a screen, a system, or something that’s still taking shape
  • Build through processes but know when they’re a constraint. Know when to follow it, when to bend it, and when to try something entirely unconventional in service of a better outcome
  • Collaborate with designers, strategists and stakeholders across disciplines, contributing across all stages of a project from early research to prototyping, development, and delivery
  • Tackle problems across diverse industries and organization types, from established leaders to ambitious newcomers, always finding the most meaningful and appropriate expression for each context
  • Present and communicate your work in ways that inspire confidence, foster alignment, and build momentum with clients and stakeholders

  • FigmaとAdobe Creative Suiteを使いこなせること。インタラクティブなプロトタイプを自分で作って検証できて、細かいインサイトを「全体像」と「細部」の両方で機能するインタラクションに落とし込める人
  • AIツール（Claude・Claude Code・Cursor・Lovable・Replit・Google Stitch・OpenAI Codexなど）を使って実際に何かを作り、リリースした経験があること
  • MVP開発・プロトタイピング・新規サービスや機能のローンチ経験があること。作ったものからインサイトを得てまた改善する、というサイクルが回せる人
  • インターフェース・ブランド体験・インタラクティブなシステム、またはデザインとテクノロジーが交差する領域での仕事を通じて、視覚的なセンスとインタラクションへの感覚が伝わるポートフォリオを持っていること
  • 日本語、英語のバイリンガル職場環境に抵抗がない方（日本語はビジネスレベルが望ましい）

<歓迎条件>

  • React・Next.js・クリエイティブコーディング環境の知識があればなお良し。コーディングの豊富な経験は必要ありませんが、違和感を感じたりより良くするために適切なプロンプトが指示できることを大事にしている
  • スタートアップでの経験や、ジェネラティブ／コンピュテーショナルデザイン・物理的な制作・ハンズオンなプロトタイピングの経験があればなお良し

We’re seeking individuals who have experience in the following areas

We encourage you to think creatively about the experiences and skills you’d like to bring to Noun, and how you’d like to use them to collaborate with your peers. We know backgrounds aren’t a checklist, and that each person’s path is unique. We’d love to understand the whole picture of who you are.

  • 3+ years in interaction design, product design, UI/UX, creative technology, or a related field, with a track record of taking ideas from concept to launch and iterating based on real user feedback
  • Fluency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with confidence building and testing interactive prototypes; able to translate nuanced insights into interactions that work at both the big-picture and detail level
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, Cursor, Lovable, Replit, Google Stitch, OpenAI Codex, or similar) to build and ship real things
  • Experience with MVP development, prototyping, and new venture or feature launches; comfortable closing the loop between build and insight
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong visual taste and a sense for interaction, through interfaces, branded experiences, interactive systems, or work at the intersection of design and technology
  • Comfortable working in a bilingual Japanese/English environment (Business level Japanese is recommended)
  • Familiarity with React, Next.js, or creative coding environments is a plus; not required to write it, but enough to prompt effectively and know when something is off
  • Experience at startups, or with generative/computational design, physical making, or hands-on prototyping is a bonus
