The posting

As Intermediate Engineer you provide general engineering support across the PMCM team's site supervision and monitoring activities, on RCRC's behalf. The role is deliberately cross-disciplinary: you work where the site team needs cover, across civil, roads, drainage, utilities and landscape works. It is site-based and reports to the Site Engineer / Construction Manager.

Responsibilities

· Support inspections and day-to-day site supervision across the disciplines under construction.

· Assist with Requests for Information (RFIs), submittals and technical record-keeping.

· Collect and compile progress data for the site team's reporting.

· Support QA/QC monitoring — ITPs, inspection records and NCR tracking — and contribute to quality reporting.

· Assist coordination among the parties on site: the Lead Developer's teams, subcontractors, utility providers and RCRC representatives.

· Support testing and commissioning activities, and the assembly of close-out documentation including as-built drawings and O&M manuals.

Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.

· Over 7 years' relevant experience with a degree, or 12 years' relevant experience in lieu of a degree

· Site engineering experience on infrastructure or land development works, with exposure to more than one discipline.

· Working knowledge of site documentation and QA/QC: RFIs, submittals, ITPs, NCRs and progress records.

· Strong written and verbal communication in English and/or Arabic; both is an advantage.

Preferable

· Experience in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC.

· Saudi Council of Engineers registration, or eligibility to register.

· Experience on large-scale land development or infrastructure programmes.

· Familiarity with a project management information system (PMIS) and formal document control.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
