Intern – Chargé(e) de Sourcing & Recrutement – Luxembourg

Adservio Luxembourg Adservio Luxembourg est le bras luxembourgeois du groupe Adservio, qui compte plus de 300 consultants entre Paris, Bruxelles et Luxembourg et sert les industries régulées depuis 15 ans. Le bureau luxembourgeois a ouvert en 2022. Il travaille pour les services financiers, l'énergie et les utilities, le transport et la mobilité, l'assurance et le secteur public. Vous rejoignez notre Corporate Office, au sein de l'équipe sourcing & RH.

Le contexte Nos clients nous confient des missions où une erreur de recrutement coûte cher : profils IT rares, experts des opérations de fonds, consultants proposés dans des appels d'offres publics (format de CV imposé, niveaux de langue certifiés). Sur une place aussi petite que le Luxembourg, il faut trouver, qualifier et présenter chaque profil avec précision.

Votre mission Vous renforcez l'équipe qui trouve, qualifie et présente nos futurs consultants.

Sourcing et approche

  • Vous repérez et contactez des profils techniques (développeurs, business analysts, chefs de projet, testeurs) et opérationnels (comptables de fonds, compliance officers, analystes AML/KYC).
  • Vous rédigez et diffusez nos annonces, puis suivez chaque candidature jusqu'à la décision.

Qualification

  • Vous menez les premiers échanges avec les candidats : motivation, disponibilité, langues.
  • Vous préparez les dossiers de candidature dans les formats exigés par les appels d'offres.

Vivier et pilotage

  • Vous tenez à jour notre CVthèque et nos indicateurs de recrutement.
  • Vous participez à nos actions de marque employeur : écoles, salons, réseaux professionnels.

Votre profil

Ce qui est indispensable

  • Vous êtes étudiant(e) en Bachelor ou en Master en ressources humaines, en psychologie du travail ou en gestion.
  • Votre établissement peut vous délivrer une convention de stage de 6 mois. C'est une condition obligatoire.
  • Vous êtes installé(e) au Luxembourg ou à proximité. Vous pouvez démarrer rapidement et venir au bureau de Luxembourg-Ville selon un rythme hybride.
  • Vous êtes à l'aise au téléphone, rigoureux(se) à l'écrit et organisé(e) quand plusieurs recrutements avancent en même temps.

Ce qui fait la différence

  • Vous avez déjà fait un stage en recrutement ou en sourcing dans un cabinet de conseil au Luxembourg.
  • Vous avez pratiqué LinkedIn Recruiter ou un ATS comme Workable.
  • Les métiers de l'IT et des services financiers vous intéressent vraiment.

Langues Requis : français courant (C1) · Atout : anglais professionnel, luxembourgeois ou allemand.

À la fin du stage, vous ne connaîtrez pas qu'un seul marché. Une practice encore à construire, avec un parcours lisible. Le bureau luxembourgeois se construit maintenant, avec l'appui d'un groupe de plus de 300 consultants : ce que vous y mettez en place devient notre façon de faire. Si le stage est concluant pour vous comme pour nous, il peut déboucher sur un poste permanent dans l'équipe.
