Maktab Rahal is Rahal’s paid internship programme, built for ambitious university students and recent graduates who are ready to learn by doing, work on real projects, and get a real taste of life inside a fast-growing travel-tech company.

Rahal is the travel mini-app inside Iraq’s Super Qi ecosystem, making it easier for millions of travelers to search, book, and manage their journeys across flights, hotels, and digital services.

  • This isn’t an internship where you spend three-six months watching from the sidelines.
  • You’ll join a a multi national team, work alongside experienced professionals, contribute to live projects, and get hands-on exposure to how a fast-moving company actually operates.

🎓 Who Can Apply?

  • University students with flexible schedules who can commit sufficient time to the internship while maintaining a healthy balance between their academic and internship commitments, Or recent graduates
  • Candidates interested in building a career in Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, People & Culture, or other business functions
  • Strong communication skills in English and/or Arabic Language.
  • No need to have years of experience, potential, curiosity, and attitude matter to us
  • Baghdad-based candidates are preferred for roles requiring occasional in-person collaboration
  • Immediate availability is preferred
