About the Opportunity / A Day in the Life
This position is designed for an Interventional Cardiologist who enjoys a busy clinical environment while prioritizing a sustainable schedule. You’ll build your practice from a starting volume of approximately 24 patients per day, with the opportunity to scale toward 35 as your patient base develops.
The role has a particular need for a physician interested in vein and vascular work. You’ll practice within an ambulatory model supported by dedicated MAs and scribes, helping you stay focused on patient care while reducing administrative burden.
There are no call responsibilities, creating a more predictable separation between your workday and personal time. The practice uses eClinicalWorks as its standardized EMR.
For physicians interested in building something longer term, the compensation model also provides a structured productivity-based path toward partnership and profit sharing.

Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive interventional cardiology care in an ambulatory setting
- Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patients with cardiovascular conditions
- Provide appropriate interventional, vein, and vascular care within the scope of the practice
- Develop individualized treatment and follow-up plans
- Communicate diagnoses, treatment options, and care plans clearly and empathetically with patients
- Collaborate closely with physicians, clinical staff, MAs, scribes, and other members of the care team
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in eClinicalWorks
- Support effective patient flow and continuity of care
- Build and maintain a high-quality patient panel as practice volume grows
- Contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered practice culture
Required Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Training and clinical experience in Interventional Cardiology
- Appropriate board certification or board eligibility
- Eligible for Arizona medical licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patient-centered approach with demonstrated empathy
- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative care team
Preferred Qualifications
- Experienced interventional operator
- Interest or experience in vein and vascular care
- Interest in a long-term partnership and productivity-based practice model
