We are seeking ambitious and results-driven Investment Consultants from Europe to join our growing team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for sales professionals and investment focused individuals who are passionate about building relationships and helping clients grow their wealth through real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and advise investors on Dubai real estate opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients across European markets.
  • Understand clients' investment objectives and recommend suitable property solutions.
  • Conduct consultations, property presentations, and investment discussions.
  • Generate new business through networking, referrals, and company-provided leads.
  • Stay informed about Dubai's real estate market trends, investment opportunities, and regulatory updates.
  • Guide clients through the entire sales process, from inquiry to transaction completion.
  • Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities within the CRM system.
  • Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent Luxarabia professionally while delivering an exceptional client experience.

Requirements

  • European nationality or experience working with European clientele.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment.
