We are looking for an experienced Investment Manager to join a leading organization in Riyadh and play a key role in identifying, evaluating, executing, and managing strategic investment opportunities.
The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in investment analysis, financial modeling, M&A, due diligence, portfolio management, and investment risk assessment, with a demonstrated track record of participating in successful investment transactions.
Requirements
- Identify and assess attractive investment opportunities across local and regional markets.
- Conduct comprehensive financial and investment analysis to support investment decisions.
- Build and review financial models, including NPV, IRR, ROI, payback period, sensitivity analysis, and scenario analysis.
- Evaluate potential acquisitions, strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and other investment opportunities.
- Lead and coordinate financial, legal, commercial, operational, and technical due diligence processes.
- Participate in investment transactions from initial evaluation and structuring through negotiation and closing.
- Monitor the performance of existing investments and portfolios and recommend corrective actions where required.
- Identify investment risks and develop appropriate mitigation strategies, risk limits, early-warning indicators, and exit plans.
- Support the development and implementation of investment policies, governance frameworks, and approval processes.
- Prepare professional investment proposals and presentations for senior management and the Board, covering opportunities, alternatives, risks, returns, scenarios, and recommendations.
- Support financing strategies and evaluate optimal capital structures for investment opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, funds, banks, developers, advisors, and relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Investment, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA, Master’s in Finance/Investment, or a related postgraduate qualification is preferred.
- 12+ years of relevant experience in investment, portfolio management, corporate finance, private equity, real estate investment, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an Investment Manager or comparable managerial role.
- Demonstrated experience in investment transactions, M&A, strategic partnerships, financing, and/or real estate development.
- Strong financial modeling, valuation, feasibility study, and investment analysis capabilities.
- Strong understanding of investment risk management and portfolio performance.
- Excellent negotiation, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- CFA and/or CAIA certification is highly preferred.
