アカウントマネージャーについて

私たちは、日本の広告事業の中で自動車・通信・家電・不動産・金融といった高関与商材の領域を担当するチームです。広告事業は会社の収益の柱であり、持続的な成長に大きく貢献しています。大きな市場規模を誇る本領域の広告主ならではの事業課題に日々向き合いながら、事業成長に貢献しています。

このポジションでは、アカウントマネージャーとして、担当顧客の成長とチームの売上拡大に貢献していただきます。広告配信データに基づいた分析や提案を中心に、アカウントエグゼクティブと連携しながら広告主の課題解決をリードし、長期的な取引拡大を目指していただきます。

業務内容

  • 広告効果最大化のためのデータ分析
  • 広告主/広告代理店担当者へのアカウント改善提案
  • 事業課題/マーケティング戦略を踏まえたKPI提案
  • 業種ナレッジの構築とプロダクト側へのフィードバック
  • 広告主/広告代理店との関係性構築

Requirements

応募要件（必須）

  • デジタル広告営業経験3年以上（特に広告主への営業経験）
  • デジタル広告の提案から効果検証までの基本的な知識を保有し、アカウントマネージャとしての運用及びディレクション経験を有する
  • 顧客成果に対しての高いコミットメント能力を保有している方
  • 週3日以上出社できる方
  • AIを活用し業務推進及び効率化した経験を保有している方
  • ネイティブレベルの日本語力
