Description:

  • Votre rôle principal consiste à assurer le bon fonctionnement de l’infrastructure IT et des environnements data center.
  • Vous intervenez sur la résolution d’incidents techniques complexes, à distance comme sur site.
  • Vous prenez en charge l’installation, la maintenance et la supervision des équipements serveurs et réseau.
  • Vous coordonnez avec les équipes internes, les clients et les fournisseurs afin de garantir la qualité de service.
  • Vous accompagnez les techniciens juniors et contribuez à l’amélioration continue des processus IT.
  • Enfin, vous participez à la continuité de service et à la gestion des incidents critiques.

VOS PRINCIPALES MISSIONS:

  • Piloter la résolution des incidents techniques complexes impliquant le matériel, les logiciels, les réseaux et les systèmes, à distance comme sur site.
  • Gérer une file de tickets de support : prioriser, assigner et assurer le suivi jusqu’à la résolution.
  • Fournir un support « remote hands », effectuer les installations en baie (rack-and-stack) et le câblage structuré dans un environnement de colocation ou de data center.
  • Encadrer les techniciens juniors et contribuer aux initiatives internes de partage de connaissances et de formation.
  • Coordonner avec les clients, fournisseurs et équipes IT afin de délivrer des services de haute qualité conformes aux SLA.
  • Effectuer les mises à jour, diagnostics et opérations de maintenance courante sur les serveurs, postes de travail et équipements réseau.
  • Surveiller les performances de l’infrastructure et traiter de manière proactive les incidents émergents.
  • Maintenir et créer la documentation technique, les guides utilisateurs et les procédures internes.
  • Assurer le support des systèmes audiovisuels et des équipements de visioconférence / salles de réunion.
  • Réaliser des audits des équipements et des licences pour assurer la conformité et la gestion des inventaires.
  • Participer aux rotations d’astreinte hors horaires de bureau et intervenir lors d’incidents critiques.
  • Contribuer à la planification de la stratégie IT et recommander des améliorations des outils et des processus de travail.

Requirements:

Nous recherchons une personne engagée, structurée et orientée résultats.

Vous disposez idéalement de:

  • Une expérience significative dans le support IT, l’infrastructure ou les environnements data center
  • De solides compétences en systèmes et réseaux (Windows/Linux), hardware serveurs, équipements réseau, rack & stack et câblage structuré
  • Une capacité à évoluer dans un environnement technique exigeant, avec gestion des incidents complexes et respect des SLA
  • De bonnes compétences en communication, un esprit d’équipe et une capacité à coordonner avec clients, fournisseurs et équipes internes
