我們正在尋找 3 位 IT Executive 加入台北團隊，負責提供日常 IT 支援與辦公室技術維運。此職位將支援使用者在硬體、軟體、帳號、網路、印表機、LarkSuite、Google Workspace 及各類應用程式上的需求，並協助維持穩定、安全且高效率的 IT 作業環境。

主要職責 - 提供一線 IT 支援，處理硬體、軟體、使用者帳號、網路、印表機、LarkSuite、Google Workspace 及應用程式相關問題 - 支援 Windows 筆電與桌機、Apple MacBook、iPhone、iPad、Android 裝置及辦公室 IT 設備 - 執行基本網路疑難排解，包括 LAN、Wi-Fi、VPN、DNS、DHCP、IP 位址檢查、網路跳線及網路印表機支援 - 協助員工入職與離職流程，包括設備準備、帳號設定、權限申請、帳號停用及資產回收 - 維護 IT 資產紀錄，包含設備分配、歸還、維修、保固及更換狀態 - 安裝經核准的軟體，並協助辨識非標準或未授權軟體 - 支援基本端點安全控管，包括防毒狀態、作業系統更新、設備加密及本機管理員權限檢視 - 執行 Linux 命令列疑難排解，包括權限、SSH、sudo 權限、日誌、服務、磁碟使用率、CPU / 記憶體使用率及網路連線 - 使用 Bash / shell script 建立及維護簡單自動化腳本，用於日誌檢查、檔案搬移、備份檢查、服務檢查及系統健康檢查

職位要求 - 具備資訊科技、電腦、資訊系統或相關科系之文憑或學位 - 具備 1 至 3 年 IT 支援、Helpdesk、桌面支援或現場支援經驗 - 具備基本網路知識及疑難排解能力，包括 LAN、Wi-Fi、VPN、DNS、DHCP 及 IP 位址檢查 - 熟悉 Windows、Apple 裝置、行動裝置、Google Workspace 及協作工具支援 - 具備 Linux 命令列操作與疑難排解經驗 - 具備 Bash / shell script 基礎自動化腳本能力 - 具備 Python 腳本知識者尤佳，但非必要條件 - 必須能以中文 / 普通話進行良好溝通 - 具備英文溝通能力，能支援文件撰寫、供應商溝通、技術紀錄及區域協作 - 具備日文能力者將優先考慮，尤其是能有效支援日本使用者者 - 具備良好的服務意識、問題解決能力與跨團隊溝通能力 - 若應屆畢業生具備扎實的網路基礎、良好的中文溝通能力及積極的服務態度，亦可考慮
