Aufgabenbereich

  • Analyse und Lösung von IT Problemen unserer Anwender
  • Arbeiten mit und Pflegen von Tickets im bereitgestellten Ticketsystem
  • Aufbau von Arbeitsplätzen
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Endgeräten
  • Software Installation und Konfiguration
  • Durchführen von Software Rollouts und Updates
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Produktmanagement, Produktentwicklung und anderen Fachabteilungen
  • Erstellen von Reports

Requirements

  • Fundierte IT-Ausbildung und nachweisbare Berufserfahrung im IT-Support oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Tiefe Leidenschaft für die Rolle
  • Strategisches Denken und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten
  • Anspruch, in allen Aufgaben Exzellenz zu erreichen
  • Du verfügst über ein gutes technisches und organisatorisches Verständnis
  • Du hast ein höfliches und freundliches Auftreten gegenüber dem Kunden
  • Du bist eine serviceorientierte und kreaitve Persönlichkeit
  • Du kannst Deine Ideen und Lösungen effektiv an Kunden und Kollegen kommunizieren
  • Du bist multitaskingfähig und kannst Deine Prioritäten dem Kunden anpassen
  • Du arbeitest gerne in einem multinationalen Team und kannst sensibel mit kulturellen Unterschieden umgehen
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)
  • Kandidaten müssen einen Strafregisterauszug vorweisen (nicht älter als drei Monate)
