Vos missions 🛠

  • Phase de planification : Contribuer à l’élaboration du portefeuille de projets, en prenant en compte les contraintes et dépendances des différentes ressources qui doivent être engagées sur les aspects coûts, délais, et compétences pour atteindre la qualité attendue.
  • Phase de suivi des activités et des ressources allouées : Vérifier l’avancement du projet/programme selon les exigences définies (qualité, coût, délai…), le respect des engagements, l'implémentation de la méthodologie et des bonnes pratiques. En parallèle, effectuer l’analyse des risques.
  • Phase de pilotage du plan projet/programme : Évaluer la capacité actuelle et prévisionnelle des ressources et des tâches, en proposant l’optimisation et la possible réallocation. Proposer des ajustements et des replanifications si nécessaire.
  • Phase de suivi budgétaire/reporting: Suivre les moyens alloués au regard des prévisions (consommés, reste à faire, planning). Produire les rapports nécessaires au pilotage des directions concernées et à l’élaboration des tableaux de bord.

Votre profil 👀

  • Bachelor en informatique ou équivalent
  • Expertise en gestion de projet certifié Hermes, IPMA, PMI ou équivalent
  • Expérience de 5 ans en tant que PMO, 8 ans chef de projet
  • Expérience d’un contexte Agile
  • Maîtrise des outils de gestion de projet et de portefeuille, dans l’idéal Planisware
  • Maîtrise du processus projet et des livrables associés
  • Vous parlez couramment le français
  • Vous avez une bonne capacité d’analyse et de synthèse et possédez un esprit d’ouverture et flexibilité
