Responsabilidades principales

  • Gestionar la relación con los clientes, identificando sus necesidades y asegurando su satisfacción durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto.
  • Facilitar la resolución de conflictos o bloqueos que puedan surgir entre los miembros del equipo o con los clientes, promoviendo soluciones efectivas y alineadas a los objetivos del proyecto.
  • Detectar y gestionar riesgos del proyecto, desarrollando planes de mitigación que aseguren una ejecución sin interrupciones.
  • Supervisar el progreso de los proyectos IT, manteniendo una comunicación efectiva con stakeholders externos para garantizar el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.
  • Fomentar la colaboración entre equipos internos, facilitando el intercambio de información clave sobre el avance de las tareas, procesos internos y nuevas iniciativas.

Requirements

  • Nivel avanzado de inglés (excluyente).
  • Habilidades de liderazgo y organización.
  • Al menos 3 años de experiencia liderando equipos.
  • Excelente manejo de stakeholders.
  • Experiencia en la industria del desarrollo de software.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar full time de forma híbrida en nuestras oficinas en Villa Crespo, CABA.
