The posting

Buscamos un Project Manager con experiencia en el sector bancario o financiero para liderar proyectos tecnológicos de aplicaciones e infraestructura, asegurando la correcta ejecución, control y alineación con los estándares de arquitectura, gobierno de TI y cumplimiento normativo de la organización.

Este rol es presencial en Quito, Ecuador.

Responsabilidades:

  • Planificar, ejecutar y controlar proyectos de aplicaciones e infraestructura (servidores, bases de datos y plataformas tecnológicas).
  • Coordinar equipos técnicos multidisciplinarios y stakeholders del negocio en entornos regulados.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de frameworks de aplicaciones e infraestructura definidos por la entidad.
  • Gestionar el alcance, cronograma, presupuesto, riesgos, dependencias y cambios del proyecto.
  • Supervisar y mantener actualizada la CMDB, garantizando la correcta gestión de activos y servicios.
  • Utilizar ServiceNow para la gestión de incidencias, cambios, problemas y activos de TI.
  • Gestionar la planificación, seguimiento y reporting del proyecto mediante JIRA.
  • Documentar avances, decisiones, entregables y lecciones aprendidas en Confluence.
  • Asegurar la alineación con los lineamientos de arquitectura tecnológica y seguridad de la información.
  • Elaborar reportes ejecutivos de avance, KPIs y estatus para comités y alta dirección.

Requirements

  • Título en Ingeniería en Sistemas, Informática o carreras afines.
  • Experiencia comprobada de 3 a 5 años en gestión de proyectos de alto impacto, preferiblemente en banca o tecnología.
  • Conocimiento sólido en frameworks de aplicaciones e infraestructura.
  • Experiencia en infraestructura TI: servidores, bases de datos y componentes asociados.
  • Conocimiento en arquitectura empresarial y gestión de CMDB.
  • Experiencia práctica con ServiceNow.
  • Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y prioridades simultáneamente.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, liderazgo y gestión de stakeholders.
  • Enfoque en calidad, cumplimiento normativo y mejora continua.
  • Manejo de herramientas colaborativas: Jira, Confluence.
  • Certificación y/o experiencia en metodologías ágiles y/o PMP (deseable)
  • Nivel de inglés intermedio (deseable)
