In Ali Professional, stiamo selezionando un/a Senior System Linux Engineer per conto di un nostro importante cliente: un gruppo internazionale leader nello sviluppo di soluzioni tecnologiche per il settore Hospitality.

All'interno del dipartimento R&D, la figura si occuperà principalmente di gestione, manutenzione e garanzia di continuità dei servizi infrastrutturali (sia Linux esterni sia cloud) dedicati ai prodotti del gruppo.

Cerchiamo un/a professionista autonomo/a e orientato/a al problem solving che si prenda la responsabilità tecnica dei servizi in produzione, lavorando a stretto contatto con i team di sviluppo in un contesto internazionale.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gestione e manutenzione dei servizi: Operare come responsabile della tenuta, stabilità e sicurezza dei servizi infrastrutturali a supporto dei prodotti R&D.
  • Amministrazione Linux: Gestire sistemi Linux con una conoscenza approfondita e verticale, con prevalenza di distribuzioni Debian.
  • Gestione Infrastrutture Cloud & Container: Mantenere ed evolvere gli ambienti distribuiti su AWS e le architetture containerizzate via Docker e Kubernetes.
  • Automazione e CI/CD: Automatizzare configurazioni, provisioning e manutenzione tramite Ansible o Salt, supportando le pipeline di deployment.
  • Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitorare proattivamente i servizi, identificare anomalie e gestire incidenti e risoluzione di criticità.
  • Continuity & Security: Definire e mantenere procedure di backup, disaster recovery, gestione VPN, certificati e sicurezza di rete.
  • Documentazione: Garantire la corretta tracciabilità di configurazioni, procedure operative e architetture.

Requirements

  • Formazione: Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria Informatica, Elettronica, Telecomunicazioni o background formativo/esperienziale equivalente.
  • Competenza Linux: Conoscenza impeccabile/alla perfezione del sistema operativo Linux (focus particolare su Debian).
  • Esperienza Cloud & Infrastruttura: Solida esperienza nella manutenzione di infrastrutture cloud (preferibilmente AWS).
  • Container & Orchestrazione: Buona padronanza di Docker e Kubernetes.
  • Automation & Scripting: Conoscenza di strumenti di Configuration Management (Ansible o Salt) e padronanza di scripting con Bash e Python.
  • Networking & Security: Solide competenze su reti, VPN, gestione certificati e sicurezza infrastrutturale.
  • CI/CD & Versioning: Esperienza operativa con Git e integrazione continua.
  • Lingue: Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese (per l'interazione con i team internazionali).

Nice to Have

  • Esperienza con tool di monitoring come Prometheus, Grafana, Zabbix o piattaforme equivalenti.
  • Familiarità con architetture a microservizi.
  • Pregressa esperienza su infrastrutture ad alta disponibilità per prodotti software distribuiti su scala globale.
