IT Specialist per la sede di Bologna (BO)

La risorsa inserita sarà il punto di riferimento IT per le infrastrutture, il supporto agli utenti e la gestione dei sistemi aziendali all'interno di un contesto retail multi-sede già strutturato. A diretto riporto della proprietà la figura garantisce la continuità operativa delle sedi direzionali, dei magazzini e della rete dei punti vendita, affiancando la gestione sistemistica alle attività di integrazione applicativa.

Principali Responsabilità

  • Infrastruttura e Sicurezza: Gestione e manutenzione dell'infrastruttura IT aziendale (reti, server, firewall, Wi-Fi e sistemi di backup), garantendo la continuità operativa di tutti i processi.
  • Coordinamento ed Evoluzione ERP: Supporto, gestione e coordinamento dell'ERP aziendale (Odoo), curando le integrazioni e l'ottimizzazione dei processi gestionali.
  • Help Desk e Gestione Utenze: Gestione dei servizi di supporto tecnico (primo e secondo livello) per uffici, magazzino e punti vendita; configurazione hardware, gestione degli account e presidio della sicurezza informatica.
  • Integrazione e Sviluppo Applicativo: Gestione dei flussi dati aziendali, interfaccia tramite API e supporto allo sviluppo di personalizzazioni/query a livello ERP.
  • Gestione Vendor: Coordinamento e gestione dei rapporti con fornitori IT esterni, partner tecnici e software house.

Requirements

Requisiti Richiesti

  • Esperienza: Solida esperienza in ambito IT aziendale / sistemistico, con familiarità nella gestione di architetture di rete e sicurezza informatica.
  • Competenze Gestionali (ERP): Esperienza diretta nell'utilizzo, configurazione o coordinamento di Odoo o di ERP aziendali strutturati similari.
  • Competenze Tecniche e di Sviluppo:
  • Buona conoscenza dei linguaggi Python e SQL.
  • Familiarità con API REST, JSON e conoscenze base di JavaScript.
  • Competenza nella gestione di reti (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi), server, firewall e policy di backup.
  • Soft Skills: Forte orientamento al problem solving, ottime capacità organizzative, flessibilità e attitudine al supporto dei clienti interni
  • Pregressa esperienza maturata all'interno di realtà aziendali del settore Retail, GDO o contesti multi-sede complessi.
  • Esperienza pregressa strutturata nella gestione di servizi Help Desk e supporto utente.

Buoni pasto: 10 € per giorno lavorato
