Per azienda leader mondiale nella progettazione, produzione e vendita di caschi motociclistici e accessori, ricerca per la propria sede di Brembate di Sopra (BG) un/una,

IT SPECIALIST

La figura ricercata, inserita nel gruppo informatico aziendale, dovrà eseguire in autonomia le seguenti mansioni:

• Gestione completa dell’infrastruttura IT aziendale, con responsabilità su networking, server Windows,

Active Directory, virtualizzazione (VMware), storage, periferiche e telefonia VoIP.

• Presidio della sicurezza e della compliance, tramite gestione di firewall Fortigate, antivirus centralizzato

(Defender), sistemi antispam/web filtering, VPN e soluzioni di backup/restore (Veeam), nel rispetto delle

policy aziendali e della normativa GDPR.

• Amministrare i servizi Microsoft 365, tra cui Exchange Online, Entra, SharePoint Online, Teams,

OneDrive

Supporto a progetti Industry 4.0 e MES, seguendo attività di analisi, implementazione e go-live

di sistemi a supporto della produzione.

• Gestione utenti e supporto tecnico di I e II livello, con provisioning account, amministrazione permessi e

assistenza operativa sugli strumenti Microsoft Office.

• Gestione operativa e manutenzione HW/SW, con attività di installazione, aggiornamento,

troubleshooting, diagnostica e manutenzione preventviva/correttiva

• Gestire aggiornamenti, patch e attività di manutenzione preventiva su server e apparati di rete.

• Gestione dispositivi client, attraverso soluzioni di endpoint protection (Defender), MDM (Intune)

• Applicare policy e best practice di sicurezza informatica

• Contribuire alla diffusione della cultura digitale all'interno dell'organizzazione

Requirements

- Diploma Istruzione Superiore Ambito IT o Laurea Ingegneria Informatica;

- Conoscenza della lingua inglese;

- Pregressa esperienza in ambito IT di almeno 3/4 anni in aziende strutturate;

- Ottima conoscenza ambiente Windows server (Active Directory, DFS, IIS, WSUS, DHCP, DNS ecc.)

- Esperienza nella gestione di ambienti virtualizzati: VMWare, Nutanix, Hiper-V, KVM, Proxmox

- Conoscenza approfondita di Microsoft Admin Center e dei principali portali di gestione (Entra ID, Security &

Compliance Center, Teams Admin Center).

- Fondamenti amministrazione dispositivi Fortinet: Firewall, Switch e AP

- Competenze nella gestione di identità e accessi: MFA, Conditional Access, Identity Governance

- Buona conoscenza di PowerShell per scripting e automazione

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale:

• Conoscenza dei servizi Microsoft Azure e delle principali architetture cloud Microsoft

• Conoscenza linguaggio di programmazione .NET

• Conoscenza Microsoft SQL Server
