OUR COMPANY

We turn value creation strategies into action, helping investors and portfolio companies execute with speed and precision. Singulier is an AI, technology and data consultancy helping corporates and private equity firms turn digital ambition into measurable business impact. Singulier is now part of a wider European group with OMMAX, bringing together teams across multiple European offices and a broad set of technology, data and AI capabilities.

Purpose:

The mission of the IT Support Specialist is to provide friendly, practical and reliable day-to-day support to colleagues in our Paris office and, where required, to colleagues across the wider group.

This is a hands-on, entry-level role. You will be the first point of contact for common IT questions and incidents, helping colleagues use their devices, accounts and business applications effectively. You will work closely with the central IT team and external or specialist support providers, escalating more complex issues when needed.

The role is suited to someone at the start of their IT career who enjoys solving problems, helping people and learning how a modern, international technology environment operates.

Reporting to: Director of IT (DE)

  • Maintain an accurate view of local devices, peripherals and basic IT equipment.
  • Help colleagues with meeting-room, presentation and connectivity issues.
  • Work with the central IT team and support providers to resolve incidents that cannot be handled locally.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
