Η Hatzi Filax Group, για λογαριασμό πελάτη της που δραστηριοποιείται στο χρηματοοικονομικό και ασφαλιστικό κλάδο, αναζητά IT Support Specialist για την υποστήριξη των τελικών χρηστών και των πληροφοριακών συστημάτων της εταιρείας.

Η θέση απαιτεί έναν οργανωμένο και επικοινωνιακό επαγγελματία με εμπειρία στην τεχνική υποστήριξη, ο/η οποίος/α θα διασφαλίζει την ομαλή καθημερινή λειτουργία του IT περιβάλλοντος, παρέχοντας υποστήριξη σε hardware, software, δίκτυα και εταιρικά συστήματα ERP. (π.χ. Workday, Workable, SAP, HRIS).

Ο/Η κατάλληλος/η υποψήφιος/α θα συνεργάζεται στενά με τους εσωτερικούς χρήστες και την ομάδα IT, αναλαμβάνοντας την άμεση διαχείριση τεχνικών ζητημάτων και συμβάλλοντας στην αποτελεσματική λειτουργία των συστημάτων της εταιρείας.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Παροχή first & second level IT support στους εσωτερικούς χρήστες για θέματα hardware, software, δικτύου και εκτυπωτών
  • Υποστήριξη και παρακολούθηση των ERP συστημάτων της εταιρείας
  • Διαχείριση user accounts, access rights και system configurations
  • Καταγραφή, παρακολούθηση και επίλυση τεχνικών αιτημάτων μέσω ticketing system
  • Διάγνωση και troubleshooting τεχνικών προβλημάτων
  • Escalation σύνθετων περιστατικών στο κατάλληλο επίπεδο υποστήριξης
  • Υποστήριξη του καθημερινού IT operational environment και διασφάλιση της ομαλής λειτουργίας των συστημάτων
  • Δημιουργία, τήρηση και επικαιροποίηση τεχνικής τεκμηρίωσης και user manuals
  • Εκπαίδευση και καθοδήγηση χρηστών σχετικά με εταιρικά συστήματα, εφαρμογές και IT διαδικασίες
  • Συνεργασία με την ομάδα IT και τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα για την έγκαιρη αντιμετώπιση τεχνικών ζητημάτων

Requirements

Ο/Η ιδανικός/ή υποψήφιος/α θα πρέπει να διαθέτει:

  • Πτυχίο Πληροφορικής ή συναφούς αντικειμένου
  • Τουλάχιστον 3 χρόνια επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση IT Support
  • Εμπειρία σε ασφαλιστικό οργανισμό θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Καλή γνώση λειτουργίας και υποστήριξης ERP συστημάτων
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση Windows, Microsoft 365 και Active Directory
  • Βασικές γνώσεις δικτύων, όπως TCP/IP, DNS και VPN
  • Ικανότητα troubleshooting και αποτελεσματικής επίλυσης τεχνικών προβλημάτων
  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και προσανατολισμό στην εξυπηρέτηση εσωτερικών χρηστών
  • Οργανωτικότητα, υπευθυνότητα και δυνατότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών αιτημάτων
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας
