This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a customer-centric environment and are skilled in providing assistance through email communication. As an Email Support Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing inquiries and resolving issues for Italian-speaking clients effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email in Italian, providing clear and accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Assist customers with order-related questions, account issues, and general support needs.
  • Troubleshoot issues and provide appropriate solutions or escalate as necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Document all email interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and future reference.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and continuity.
  • Identify trends in customer inquiries and suggest improvements to support processes.
  • Stay informed about the latest product updates and company policies to deliver accurate information to clients.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
  • Prior experience in email support or customer service roles is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to handle customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and email management tools is a plus.
  • Enthusiastic about delivering excellent customer service and building rapport with clients.
