我们正在为一所句容的国际学校招聘双语数学老师，到岗时间为尽快。

一、岗位职责

1，负责融合高中部数学课程的教学工作，依据IGCSE、A-Level或IBDP等国际课程大纲开展高质量教学。认真制定教学计划，完成备课、授课、作业布置与批改、测评及学业追踪等常规教学任务。根据学生学情开展差异化教学与分层辅导，帮助学生取得优异的学术成果。

2，承担班主任或副班主任工作，负责班级日常管理，关注学生学业发展、身心健康及个人成长。建立积极有序的课堂文化和学习氛围，培养学生的责任感、自律能力及国际化视野。定期与学生进行一对一交流，了解学生需求，帮助学生解决学习与成长中的问题。

3，积极参与学科教研、课程建设、考试分析及教学改进工作。紧跟最新国际课程考试资讯与考纲变化，持续改进教学方法和课程内容。参加学校及部门组织的各类培训、教研会议和学术活动。

4，与学生家长保持积极、专业的沟通，定期反馈学生学习进展和行为表现。积极参与学校学术活动、竞赛项目、课外拓展活动及大型校园活动。支持学生参与数学竞赛、科研项目及大学申请相关学术规划。

Requirements

1，全日制本科及以上学历，数学、应用数学、统计学、数学教育或相关专业毕业。持有相

应学段学科教师资格证。硕士及以上学历或海外留学背景者优先。

2，具备国际学校或双语学校数学学科教学经验。熟悉IGCSE、A-Level或IBDP等国际课程体系，有上述体系数学课程实际授课经验。有完整教授IGCSE、AS/A2或IBDP阶段课程经验者优先。

3，具备班主任工作经验或强烈意愿承担班主任工作。具备良好的课堂管理能力与班级组织能力。擅长家校沟通，能够与家长建立专业、互信的合作关系。

4，具备流利的中英文沟通能力，能够开展双语教学及家校沟通。英语能力突出，可胜任全英文或双语授课。熟练应用多媒体及计算机办公软件。

5，热爱教育事业，认同国际教育理念，具有较强责任心与团队合作精神。关爱学生，亲和力强，工作严谨、耐心、有责任感。具备较强的学习能力和进取心，愿意持续提升专业水平。
