📌 Ο ρόλος

Ως Business Customer Service Representative, θα είσαι υπεύθυνος/η για την καθημερινή εξυπηρέτηση και διαχείριση αιτημάτων εταιρικών πελατών, συμβάλλοντας στη διατήρηση μιας υψηλού επιπέδου επαγγελματικής σχέσης.

Κύριες αρμοδιότητες:

  • Τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση και διαχείριση αιτημάτων εταιρικών πελατών (B2B).
  • Παροχή ενημέρωσης σχετικά με λογαριασμούς, χρεώσεις, συμβόλαια και παρεχόμενες υπηρεσίες.
  • Διερεύνηση των αναγκών κάθε εταιρικού πελάτη και αποτελεσματική διαχείριση των αιτημάτων του.
  • Διαχείριση και παρακολούθηση αιτημάτων έως την επίλυσή τους.
  • Ενημέρωση και επικαιροποίηση των στοιχείων των πελατών στο CRM.
  • Καταγραφή όλων των ενεργειών και της επικοινωνίας με τον πελάτη.
  • Συνεργασία με τα αρμόδια εσωτερικά τμήματα για την επίλυση σύνθετων ζητημάτων.
  • Διατήρηση υψηλού επιπέδου επαγγελματικής εξυπηρέτησης και ανάπτυξη σχέσης εμπιστοσύνης με το εταιρικό πελατολόγιο.

Requirements

  • Απόφοιτος/η Λυκείου.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε B2B Customer Service, Call Center ή τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Εμπειρία σε περιβάλλον τηλεπικοινωνιών ή παροχής υπηρεσιών θα εκτιμηθεί.
  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές και διαπροσωπικές δεξιότητες.
  • Πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών αιτημάτων και προτεραιοτήτων.
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Πολύ καλή χρήση Η/Υ και εξοικείωση με CRM συστήματα.
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα, υπευθυνότητα και συνέπεια.
  • Προσανατολισμός στην επίλυση προβλημάτων.
