ポジション概要

Genetecでは、革新的なソフトウェアツールを駆使して、複雑な技術的課題やサービス障害の診断・解決を行い、お客様の満足度向上に貢献しています。 本ポジションは、Genetecソリューションに関する深い技術理解をもとに、迅速かつ的確な技術支援を提供する重要な役割を担います。

社内のテクニカルサポートチームやR&Dエンジニアと連携しながら、オンサイトでのフィールドサポートを含む多様な業務を担当していただきます。

主な業務内容

■ テクニカルサポート業務

· ソフトウェアツールを活用した技術的課題の診断および障害解決

· お客様への明確かつ簡潔な技術的説明

· 定められたプロセスに基づく問題解決の実施

· 重大な顧客課題の適切なチャネルを通じた迅速なエスカレーション

· 他のテクニカルサポート担当者やR&Dエンジニアとの協働による課題解決

· 新規および既存顧客との信頼関係の構築と維持

· Genetecソリューションに関する広範な知識の習得と維持

· サポートプロセスやソフトウェア改善への提案・貢献

· 技術文書やナレッジベース記事の作成支援

· 顧客先で発生した課題のチケットシステムおよびCRMツールへの適切な記録

■ フィールドサポート業務

· 顧客先でのGenetecシステムの設置、監査、評価、保守、技術支援

· PoC（概念実証）、オンサイト技術支援、システム導入・立ち上げ、トレーニング、監査、評価の実施

· Genetecと顧客間の技術的な窓口としての対応

· 顧客フィードバックを基にした製品・機能要件の整理および開発支援

· 戦略的計画、ベストプラクティス、アップグレード、懸念事項に関する技術的相談対応

· ソフトウェア導入・統合・トレーニング・変更依頼に関する柔軟な技術コンサルティング

応募資格

· コンピュータサイエンス、コンピュータ工学、電子工学などの専門学校卒または学士号

· 類似職種での初期経験（サポート・IT・ネットワークなど）

· ハードウェアおよびソフトウェアに関する優れた分析力・トラブルシューティングスキル

· 柔軟かつ積極的に行動し、マルチタスクおよびその優先順位を管理できる方

· 顧客対応、技術支援、またはプロジェクト管理の経験

· 新しい技術を学び、ソフトウェアの進化に合わせて成長する意欲

· チームワークを重視しつつ、自律的に業務を進められる方

· フィジカルセキュリティ（映像監視・入退室管理システム）の業務経験

· CCNA資格保有者

· 英語でのコミュニケーション能力（口頭・文書）

· 有効な運転免許証およびパスポートを保有し、最大35％の出張が可能な方

技術スキル

· Windows OS（Active Directory、ファイル共有、IIS、クラスタリング、GPO、パフォーマンス監視等）の知識、トラブルシューティングの知識

· ネットワークおよびIPプロトコルに関する高度な理解

· スイッチやルーターなどのネットワーク機器の設定・トラブルシューティング経験

· IPベースの映像セキュリティシステム（CCTV）またはアクセスコントロールの運用経験

· SQLデータベースの使用経験

· TCP/IP/UDPプロトコルスタックの理解

· ネットワークストレージ（SAN、NAS、iSCSI）の原理・ベストプラクティス理解

· サーバー仮想化の基本理解

歓迎スキル・経験

· C#、Visual Basic、VBScript、PowerShell等のプログラミング経験

· Microsoft SQL Serverの管理経験

· MCSE、SQL Server、VMware等の技術認定資格

· 以下のセキュリティシステムの導入・トラブルシューティング経験

· CCTV（IPカメラ、エンコーダー、ビデオマトリックス、DVR等）

· アクセスコントロールシステム（ソフトウェア、リーダー、コントローラー、配線等）

· ナンバープレート認識システムおよび関連技術
