Η PwC διαχειρίζεται για λογαριασμό πελάτη της, κορυφαίας εταιρείας στον ασφαλιστικό κλάδο, τη θέση του Διευθυντή Κλάδου Ζωής και Υγείας.

Main responsibilities

  • Διαμόρφωση και υλοποίηση εμπορικής στρατηγικής για τους κλάδους Ζωής & Υγείας
  • Ανάπτυξη και διαχείριση του δικτύου συνεργατών/πρακτόρων/μεσιτών, με στόχο την αύξηση παραγωγής και τη διατήρηση υψηλών προτύπων εξυπηρέτησης
  • Παρακολούθηση της πορείας παραγωγής, ανάλυση KPI’s και έγκαιρη λήψη διορθωτικών ενεργειών
  • Καθοδήγηση και υποστήριξη συνεργατών σε τεχνικά και εμπορικά θέματα (προϊόντα, underwriting guidelines, διαδικασίες)
  • Συνεργασία με ασφαλιστικές εταιρείες για διαπραγμάτευση όρων, προμηθειών και νέων προϊόντων
  • Εποπτεία διαδικασιών συμμόρφωσης και διασφάλιση ότι το δίκτυο λειτουργεί εντός του κανονιστικού πλαισίου
  • Ανάλυση αγοράς, εντοπισμός νέων ευκαιριών και προτάσεις για προϊοντικές ή εμπορικές βελτιώσεις
  • Εκπαίδευση και ανάπτυξη συνεργατών και εσωτερικής ομάδας σε θέματα προϊόντων ζωής & υγείας
  • Διαχείριση σύνθετων υποθέσεων αποζημιώσεων ή underwriting σε συνεργασία με τις ασφαλιστικές εταιρείες
  • Προετοιμασία αναφορών προς τη διοίκηση σχετικά με επιδόσεις, στρατηγικές και κινδύνους

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο σε Οικονομικά, Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφές αντικείμενο
  • Μεταπτυχιακός Τίτλος σε συναφή αντικείμενο θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν
  • Τουλάχιστον 10 χρόνια εμπειρίας σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Εμπειρία στον ασφαλιστικό κλάδο αποτελεί απαραίτητο προσόν
  • Βαθιά γνώση προϊόντων Ζωής &Υγείας και της ασφαλιστικής αγοράς
  • Πιστοποιήσεις επαγγελματικής κατάρτισης στον ασφαλιστικό κλάδο θα αξιολογηθούν θετικά
  • Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικής Γλώσσας
  • Άριστη γνώση MS Office
  • Ηγετικές και διοικητικές ικανότητες
  • Στρατηγική σκέψη και προσανατολισμός στο αποτέλεσμα
  • Ικανότητα επίλυσης προβλημάτων και διαχείρισης κρίσεων
  • Οργανωτική ικανότητα και ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων
