Αρμοδιότητες

  • Επίβλεψη και συντονισμός της καθημερινής λειτουργίας της σάλας
  • Οργάνωση και έλεγχος του service σύμφωνα με τα πρότυπα της εταιρίας
  • Διασφάλιση υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
  • Εκπαίδευση, καθοδήγηση και υποστήριξη της ομάδας service
  • Παρακολούθηση της εικόνας και της σωστής λειτουργίας του καταστήματος
  • Διαχείριση και επίλυση ζητημάτων εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
  • Ενημέρωση και εκπαίδευση προσωπικού για νέα προϊόντα και διαδικασίες
  • Συνεργασία με τη Διεύθυνση του καταστήματος για την επίτευξη στόχων πωλήσεων και ποιότητας
  • Δημιουργία θετικού και οργανωμένου περιβάλλοντος εργασίας

Requirements

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 3–4 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση στον χώρο της εστίασης / restaurant / café
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση H/Y (MS Office, POS)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών
  • Ηγετικές και οργανωτικές ικανότητες
  • Επαγγελματισμός, υπευθυνότητα και συνέπεια
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης ομάδας και εργασίας υπό πίεση
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση
  • Προσεγμένη εμφάνιση και ευγένεια
