Υπεύθυνο Μηχανικό Λειτουργίας και Συντήρησης ΑΠΕ για την περιοχή της Θεσσαλίας

Περιγραφή Θέσης

Ο/Η κάτοχος της θέσης υποστηρίζει την ασφαλή και αποδοτική λειτουργία και συντήρηση εγκαταστάσεων ΑΠΕ, παρακολουθώντας την απόδοσή τους και συντονίζοντας τις καθημερινές εργασίες λειτουργίας και συντήρησης. Ο ρόλος περιλαμβάνει συνεργασία με εσωτερικές ομάδες, εργολάβους και προμηθευτές, με στόχο τη βέλτιστη λειτουργική απόδοση, τον έλεγχο του κόστους και τη συμμόρφωση με τις τεχνικές απαιτήσεις και τα πρότυπα HSE.

Αρμοδιότητες • Επίβλεψη των απαραίτητων καθημερινών εργασιών στην Εγκατάσταση (προγραμματισμένης, προληπτικής ή επεμβατικής συντήρησης) για την διασφάλιση της ορθής λειτουργίας της σύμφωνα με τα σχέδια, τις προδιαγραφές και τα χρονοδιαγράμματα εκτέλεσής τους.

• Παρακολούθηση της καθημερινής λειτουργίας της Eγκατάστασης βάσει δεικτών απόδοσης, προϋπολογισμών παραγωγής, κόστους λειτουργίας με προτάσεις βελτιώσεων.

• Συντονισμός εργασιών με εργολάβους και προμηθευτές και παρακολούθηση υλοποίησης των συμβατικών υποχρεώσεών τους.

• Διασφάλιση συμμόρφωσης με τα πρότυπα Υγείας, Ασφάλειας και Περιβάλλοντος (HSE) και τις εταιρικές διαδικασίες, μεριμνώντας για την ασφάλεια της Εγκατάστασης και του προσωπικού εντός αυτής.

• Διασφάλιση της τήρησης και ορθής εφαρμογής των Συστημάτων Διαχείρισης Ποιότητας και Περιβαλλοντικής Διαχείρησης στην Εγκατάσταση.

• Επικοινωνία & συνεργασία με τεχνικούς συμβούλους, τοπικούς δημόσιους φορείς, ιδιοκτήτες γης κ.λπ. για θέματα που αφορούν την Εγκατάσταση.

• Διασφάλιση εφαρμογής τεχνικών προτύπων, προδιαγραφών και κανονιστικών απαιτήσεων.

• Συνεργασία με άλλα Τμήματα / Διευθύνσεις της Εταιρείας (Αδειοδοτήσεων, Ασφαλίσεων, Ενεργειακού Δυναμικού, Κατασκευών κ.λ.π.)

Προφίλ Υποψηφίου:

• Πτυχίο ΑΕΙ Ηλεκτρολόγου Μηχανικού.

• 2–5 έτη σχετικής επαγγελματικής εμπειρίας, κατά προτίμηση:

α) σε λειτουργία και συντήρηση (O&M) ενεργειακών υποδομών και έργων ΑΠΕ, με έμφαση σε φωτοβολταϊκά έργα, ή σε περιβάλλον βαριάς βιομηχανίας.

β) Εναλλακτικά, σε επίβλεψη κατασκευής ενεργειακών υποδομών, έργων ΑΠΕ, κατά προτίμηση φωτοβολταϊκών, ή έργων βαριάς βιομηχανίας.

• Ικανότητα ανάγνωσης και κατανόησης τεχνικών (ηλεκτρολογικών) σχεδίων και προδιαγραφών.

• Ικανότητα συνεργασίας και συντονισμού εργασιών με ομάδες προσωπικού της εταιρείας ή με προσωπικό εξωτερικών εργολάβων.

• Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες σε θέματα προγραμματισμού συντηρήσεων (planning, scheduling, execution) για την βελτιστοποίηση του χρονοπρογραμματισμού της, με κριτήριο τον έλεγχο του κόστους εκτέλεσής της και στόχο την βέλτιστη λειτουργική απόδοση της Εγκατάστασης.

• Γνώσεις Η/Υ – Λογισμικού συμπεριλαμβανομένων συστημάτων προστασιών σε δίκτυα Μ.Τ. και Υ.Τ., ανάλυσης δεδομένων από συστήματα SCADA και Historian data, Καλή γνώση Microsoft Office ενώ Εμπειρία σε συστήματα ERP (SAP) και Αυτοματισμών θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν

• Άριστη γνώση Αγγλικών (προφορικά/γραπτά).
