Σύντομη Παρουσίαση

Η Pharma PLUS μεταμορφώνει τα φαρμακεία σε σύγχρονους χώρους υγείας και ομορφιάς, προσφέροντας εξειδικευμένες υπηρεσίες σε φαρμακοποιούς. Το δίκτυό της περιλαμβάνει 100 στρατηγικά επιλεγμένα φαρμακεία σε όλη την Ελλάδα, με πάνω από 25 συνεργασίες με κορυφαία brands. Μέσω της +Rewards PLUS CARD, οι πελάτες συλλέγουν πόντους, απολαμβάνουν αποκλειστικά προνόμια και ενημερώνονται πρώτοι για ειδικές προσφορές, ενισχύοντας τη σύνδεση φαρμακοποιού–πελάτη και βελτιώνοντας την πιστότητα και την εμπειρία αγορών.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Εκτέλεση και διαχείριση ηλεκτρονικών συνταγών
  • Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών και παροχή φαρμακευτικής καθοδήγησης
  • Διαχείριση παραγγελιών, αποθεμάτων και παρακολούθηση ελλείψεων
  • Διασφάλιση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας του φαρμακείου και τήρηση διαδικασιών
  • Προώθηση υπηρεσιών φαρμακευτικής φροντίδας και πρόληψης
  • Διαχείριση τιμολόγησης προϊόντων και εφαρμογή εμπορικής πολιτικής
  • Υποστήριξη και καθοδήγηση ομάδας φαρμακείου (βοηθών φαρμακείου, αισθητικών και διαιτολόγων)

Requirements

  • Πτυχίο Φαρμακευτικής και άδεια άσκησης επαγγέλματος
  • 1–3 έτη προηγούμενης εμπειρίας σε φαρμακείο
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ
  • Διάθεση για συνεχή μάθηση και επαγγελματική ανάπτυξη
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες και ομαδικό πνεύμα
