Η Goldair Handling, η μεγαλύτερη ελληνική εταιρεία επίγειας εξυπηρέτησης, με δραστηριότητα τόσο στην Ελλάδα όσο και το εξωτερικό, αναζητά Lounge Agents για το Αεροδρόμιο της Κέρκυρας. Δουλεύοντας στην Goldair Handling θα ενταχθείς σε μια ομάδα που κερδίζει και θέλουμε να επενδύσουμε σε εσένα!

Requirements

Δεν απαιτείται προηγούμενη εμπειρία στο αεροδρόμιο ή τις αερομεταφορές, καθώς η ομάδα εκπαίδευσης θα σε προετοιμάσει για τον νέο σου ρόλο τόσο με θεωρητική εκπαίδευση σε αίθουσα, όσο και με πρακτική εκπαίδευση μόλις αναλάβεις καθήκοντα.

Οι αρμοδιότητες σου: Υποδοχή, καλωσόρισμα και καταγραφή επιβατών Διασφάλιση έγκαιρης επιβίβασης επισκεπτών του Lounge μέσω αναγγελιών. Απογραφή των προμηθειών Σύνταξη και αποστολή παραγγελιών στους προμηθευτές Παρακολούθηση εισερχόμενης αλληλογραφίας (Emails) Ημερήσια αναφορά (reporting) στην Υπεύθυνη του Lounge Χρεώσεις υπηρεσιών και έκδοση αποδείξεων Παροχή υπηρεσιών «Our Gold Services»

Τι αναζητούμε: Απολυτήριο Λυκείου ή/και Πτυχίο Πανεπιστημίου Πτυχίο αγγλικών επιπέδου Β2 (First Certificate in English ή ισοδύναμο) Επιθυμητή δεύτερη ξένη γλώσσα Επιθυμητή προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση ή στον τομέα της εξυπηρέτησης πελατών Εξοικείωση με τους ηλεκτρονικούς υπολογιστές
