Η ΔΕΛΤΑ ΤΡΟΦΙΜΑ αναζητά Υπάλληλο Υποδοχής & Εξυπηρέτησης Επισκεπτών για τις εγκαταστάσεις της, όπου θα συμβάλλει στην άρτια λειτουργία της υποδοχής, στην ποιοτική εξυπηρέτηση επισκεπτών και συνεργατών, καθώς και στην εφαρμογή των διαδικασιών ελέγχου πρόσβασης στις εγκαταστάσεις.

Requirements

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες

  • Υποδοχή, εξυπηρέτηση και καθοδήγηση επισκεπτών, συνεργατών και προμηθευτών με επαγγελματισμό και ευγένεια.
  • Διαχείριση της διαδικασίας εισόδου επισκεπτών, καταχώριση στοιχείων και έκδοση καρτών εισόδου σύμφωνα με τις διαδικασίες της εταιρείας.
  • Ενημέρωση των αρμόδιων τμημάτων για την άφιξη επισκεπτών και συντονισμός της πρόσβασής τους στους χώρους της εταιρείας.
  • Διαχείριση του τηλεφωνικού κέντρου, λήψη και προώθηση κλήσεων, καθώς και παροχή πληροφοριών.
  • Παραλαβή, καταγραφή και διανομή εισερχόμενης αλληλογραφίας και δεμάτων.
  • Φροντίδα του χώρου υποδοχής και παροχή φιλοξενίας στους επισκέπτες (προσφορά καφέ, νερού ή άλλων ροφημάτων, όπου απαιτείται).
  • Εφαρμογή των διαδικασιών ελέγχου πρόσβασης και τήρηση των κανόνων ασφαλείας της εταιρείας.
  • Κάλυψη της λειτουργίας της πύλης εισόδου, όταν απαιτείται, λόγω αδειών, ρεπό ή έκτακτων αναγκών του προσωπικού φύλαξης.
  • Συνεργασία με το προσωπικό ασφαλείας και τα υπόλοιπα τμήματα για τη διασφάλιση της εύρυθμης λειτουργίας των εγκαταστάσεων.
  • Τήρηση των διαδικασιών Υγείας & Ασφάλειας και των εσωτερικών κανονισμών της εταιρείας.
  • Παροχή διοικητικής και γραμματειακής υποστήριξης στη Διοίκηση, όπου απαιτείται.

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα

  • Ενεργή άδεια εργασίας προσωπικού Ιδιωτικής Ασφάλειας (Security)
  • Απολυτήριο Λυκείου.
  • Καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ (MS Office).
  • Καλή γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας.
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε θέση υποδοχής, εξυπηρέτησης πελατών ή φύλαξης θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα, επαγγελματική παρουσία και πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση.
  • Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες.
  • Υπευθυνότητα, συνέπεια, διακριτικότητα και ομαδικό πνεύμα.
