Η Optimal, για λογαρισμό πελάτη της, ηγέτιδα εταιρεία στο χώρο των τηλεπικοινωνιών, αναζητά Εκπροσώπους Διακράτησης Πελατών για τις εγκαταστάσεις της στην Ξάνθη για θέση πλήρης απασχόλησης (8ωρο) από Δευτέρα έως Παρασκευή με κυλιόμενο ωράριο.

Τι θα κάνεις:

  • Θα επικοινωνείς με υφιστάμενο πελατολόγιο για αναβάθμιση ή ανανέωση του πακέτου τους.
  • Σε περίπτωση που ο πελάτης επιθυμεί να αποχωρήσει από την εταιρεία, γίνεται πρόταση για καλύτερο πρόγραμμα & τιμή.

Τι ζητάμε από σένα:

  • Άριστη γνώση της Ελληνικής γλώσσας (γραπτή και προφορική)
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση του MS-Office
  • Οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
  • Άριστη διαχείριση χρόνου
  • Ικανότητα να αναγνωρίζει τις ανάγκες των πελατών για προωθητικούς σκοπούς.
  • Γνώση συστημάτων CRM
  • Καλή γνώση της Αγγλικής γλώσσας (γραπτή και προφορική)
