主要职责

  • 回应危机热线来电，支持因自杀、自残和自杀念头等问题受到影响的个人及其关心的家人或朋友
  • 提供专业的、基于循证方法的危机咨询和情感支持，运用危机干预技巧
  • 评估来电者需求，并在必要时安排紧急服务或推荐至适当资源及团队，包括面对面的危机干预、倡导服务、治疗或小组支持
  • 维护准确详尽的来电记录，记录关键问题和转介情况
  • 遵守数据保护法案（1988年、2003年和2018年 General Data Protection Regulation），确保来电者的隐私
  • 协助制定符合每位来电者需求的危机管理计划
  • 在通话中快速做出明智决策，优先考虑安全和情感支持
  • 确保将工作顺利、完整地移交至下一班次，保持来电者支持的连续性
  • 每班次专注于 The Intellect Company 的危机支持职责，根据需要对高风险案例进行风险评估

Requirements

  • 1至3年热线相关工作（或志愿）经验，优先考虑心理健康或危机情境中的经验
  • 流利的普通话沟通能力；掌握额外语言技能者优先
  • 在高风险情境（如自杀风险或急性危机）中的应对经验
  • 在压力下的恢复能力和情绪镇定能力，能够从挑战性的互动中迅速恢复
