Στο πλαίσιο της στρατηγικής ανάπτυξης και ενίσχυσης της παραγωγικής μας ομάδας, αναζητούμε Προγραμματιστές & Χειριστές Μηχανημάτων Επεξεργασίας Λαμαρίνας, που θα συμβάλουν στην εύρυθμη λειτουργία των μηχανών (Laser, Punching, Στράτζα) και στην παραγωγή προϊόντων υψηλών προδιαγραφών.

Requirements

Αρμοδιότητες Χειριστή:

  • Χειρισμός CNC μηχανημάτων κοπής και διαμόρφωσης λαμαρίνας (Laser, Punching, Στράντζα)
  • Ανάγνωση και κατανόηση μηχανολογικών σχεδίων
  • Προετοιμασία υλικού προς επεξεργασία
  • Έλεγχος ποιότητας και διαστάσεων των παραγόμενων εξαρτημάτων
  • Βασική χρήση υπολογιστή για τον έλεγχο ή την εισαγωγή δεδομένων
  • Καθημερινή συντήρηση και καθαρισμός μηχανημάτων
  • Δυνατότητα εργασίας σε σύστημα βαρδιών

Αρμοδιότητες Προγραμματιστή:

  • Προγραμματισμός CNC μηχανών επεξεργασίας λαμαρίνας μέσω CAD/CAM λογισμικών
  • Ανάγνωση και μετατροπή τεχνικών σχεδίων σε κώδικα μηχανής
  • Καταχώρηση και διαχείριση τεχνικών δεδομένων στο ERP σύστημα
  • Συνεργασία με την παραγωγή για την επίλυση τεχνικών ζητημάτων και τη βελτιστοποίηση προγραμμάτων

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα Χειριστή:

  • Προϋπηρεσία και εμπειρία σε χειρισμό μηχανών κοπής/διαμόρφωσης λαμαρίνας (Laser, Punching, Στράντζα)
  • Βασικές γνώσεις μηχανολογικού σχεδίου
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα, υπευθυνότητα και συνέπεια

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα Προγραμματιστή:

  • Προϋπηρεσία και γνώση CAD/CAM λογισμικών για επεξεργασία λαμαρίνας
  • Καλή γνώση μηχανολογικού σχεδίου
  • Βασική γνώση χρήσης υπολογιστή και ERP
  • Καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας

Επιθυμητές Δεξιότητες και Γνώσεις

  • Πτυχίο Τεχνικής Σχολής
  • Γνώσεις χειρισμού cnc μηχανών
  • Προϋπηρεσία σε αντίστοιχη θέση
  • Γνώση σχεδιαστικών προγραμμάτων CAD/CAM
  • Ομαδικό πνεύμα, συνέπεια και υπευθυνότητα
