Requirements

المتطلبات الأساسية

  • حاصل على درجة البكالوريوس أو أعلى في التخصص المطلوب.
  • حاصل على الرخصة المهنية التعليمية.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في التدريس.
  • إتقان المادة التعليمية.
  • امتلاك مهارات التعليم الأساسية.
  • الإلمام بمعايير حماية الطفل وسلامته.
  • يفضل الحاصلون على مؤهلات مهنية متقدمة في التعليم مثل NPQ وغيرها.

المسؤوليات الأساسية

  • إعداد وتقديم دروس تعليمية محفزة تعزز التعلم النشط وتتماشى مع معايير المناهج الدراسية.
  • تقييم وتوثيق تقدم الطلاب أكاديمياً وشخصياً من خلال الاختبارات والتكليفات والملاحظات.
  • توفير بيئة صفية آمنة وشاملة وداعمة تشجع مشاركة الطلاب وتعاونهم.
  • تلبية احتياجات التعلم المتنوعة من خلال تقديم توجيه فردي ودعم إضافي أو موارد لضمان نجاح جميع الطلاب.
  • التعاون مع أولياء الأمور والزملاء والإدارة لمشاركة تقدم الطلاب ومعالجة أي تحديات ودعم تطورهم الشامل.
