Σύγχρονο και οργανωμένο ιατρείο στην πόλη της Κέρκυρας αναζητά υπεύθυνο και ευγενικό άτομο για τη στελέχωση της θέσης Γραμματειακής Υποστήριξης. Η θέση αφορά άμεση συνεργασία με τον ιατρό και καθημερινή επαφή με ασθενείς, με στόχο την εύρυθμη λειτουργία του ιατρείου και την παροχή υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης.

Αναζητούμε άτομο με συνέπεια, επαγγελματισμό, οργανωτικές ικανότητες και ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα, το οποίο θα μπορεί να ανταποκρίνεται αποτελεσματικά στις καθημερινές ανάγκες ενός απαιτητικού αλλά φιλικού εργασιακού περιβάλλοντος.

Κύριες Αρμοδιότητες:

Ο/Η συνεργάτης που θα επιλεγεί θα είναι υπεύθυνος/η για:

  • Την υποδοχή και εξυπηρέτηση των ασθενών με ευγένεια και επαγγελματισμό.
  • Την τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία και τον προγραμματισμό ραντεβού.
  • Τη διαχείριση του ημερήσιου προγράμματος του ιατρείου.
  • Την καταχώριση και ενημέρωση στοιχείων ασθενών σε ηλεκτρονικό σύστημα.
  • Τη διαχείριση ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας και βασικής γραμματειακής υποστήριξης.
  • Τη διατήρηση οργανωμένου αρχείου ασθενών και εγγράφων.
  • Την υπενθύμιση ραντεβού και την επικοινωνία με ασθενείς όταν απαιτείται.
  • Τη συνεργασία με τον ιατρό για την ομαλή λειτουργία του ιατρείου.
  • Τη διαχείριση πληρωμών και αποδείξεων.
  • Την παρακολούθηση αναλώσιμων και βασικών αναγκών του χώρου.
  • Τη διασφάλιση καθαρής και ευχάριστης εικόνας του χώρου υποδοχής.
  • Τη διαχείριση του συστήματος ηλεκτρονικής συνταγογράφησης και την εξυπηρέτηση των ασθενών σχετικά με ιατρικά παραπεμπτικά και συνταγές.
  • Την τήρηση εχεμύθειας και προστασίας προσωπικών δεδομένων των ασθενών σύμφωνα με τον GDPR.

Requirements

Οι ενδιαφερόμενοι/ες θα πρέπει να διαθέτουν:

  • Απολυτήριο Λυκείου ή αντίστοιχες σπουδές θα θεωρηθούν επιπλέον προσόν.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση χειρισμού Η/Υ (Για την χρήση εφαρμογής του γραφείου, Word και e-mail).
  • Άνεση στην τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία και στην εξυπηρέτηση κοινού.
  • Οργανωτικότητα και ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλών εργασιών ταυτόχρονα.
  • Υπευθυνότητα, συνέπεια και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά.
  • Ευχάριστη προσωπικότητα και ομαδικό πνεύμα συνεργασίας.
  • Διακριτικότητα και σεβασμό στην εμπιστευτικότητα των ιατρικών πληροφοριών.
  • Πολύ καλή γνώση της ελληνικής γλώσσας σε προφορικό και γραπτό επίπεδο.

Θα θεωρηθούν επιπλέον προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία σε θέση γραμματειακής υποστήριξης ή σε χώρο υγείας.
  • Γνώση αγγλικών ή άλλης ξένης γλώσσας.
  • Εξοικείωση με ιατρικά προγράμματα διαχείρισης ασθενών.
  • Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πίεσης και άμεσης επίλυσης προβλημάτων.
