職責：

  • 為 Intellect 的客戶提供1對1的遠程專業或心理健康指導
  • 專注於次臨床案例，如工作壓力、拖延、工作與生活平衡等
  • 幫助客戶設立個人或職業目標、人際關係等
  • 與內部臨床團隊合作，提出改進計劃和平台的建議

Requirements

  • 具備有效的國際教練聯盟（International Coaching Federation）認證，或擁有輔導碩士/研究生文憑
  • 精通教練技巧和/或證據為基礎的方法（如認知行為治療、動機式訪談、辯證行為治療、解決方案為導向的治療等）
  • 國際教練聯盟 International Coaching Federation 認證教練須擁有至少200小時的教練經驗
  • 輔導員須擁有畢業後至少300小時的臨床經驗
  • 候選人須精通英語和當地語言
  • 具備員工援助計劃（Employee Assistance Program）、輔導成人或管理層角色經驗者優先考慮
