  • Εξυπηρέτηση πελατών μέσω εισερχομένων κλήσεων, γραπτής επικοινωνίας & live chat
  • Επίλυση σε επίπεδο first level τεχνικών ζητημάτων.
  • Εξυπηρέτηση υπάρχοντος πελατολογίου με σκοπό τη διαχείριση, κατανόηση & καταγραφή αιτημάτων
  • Διαχείριση αιτημάτων & διερεύνηση αναγκών των πελατών
  • Πλήρης ενημέρωση των πελατών αναφορικά με τα αιτήματα τους
  • Διατήρηση της εμπιστοσύνης των πελατών
  • Εύρεση καλύτερων δυνατών λύσεων ανάλογα με το αίτημα κάθε πελάτη

Requirements

  • Απολυτήριο Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης ή Απόφοιτος ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ/ΙΕΚ
  • Ευχέρεια στη χρήση Η/Υ
  • Γνώση της Αγγλικής Γλώσσας θα συνεκτιμηθεί
  • Ευχέρεια στον προφορικό και γραπτό λόγο
  • Εξαιρετικές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες & πελατοκεντρική προσέγγιση
  • Επαγγελματισμός & πνεύμα ομαδικότητας, με όρεξη για εκπαίδευση
  • Στόχο την ανάπτυξη επαγγελματικών δεξιοτήτων & την εξέλιξη
