Καθήκοντα:

  • Διασφάλιση της εύρυθμης και αποδοτικής λειτουργίας του καταστήματος
  • Διοίκηση, καθοδήγηση και ανάπτυξη της ομάδας
  • Παρακολούθηση πωλήσεων και επίτευξη στόχων
  • Οργάνωση καθημερινής λειτουργίας όλων των τμημάτων
  • Εκπαίδευση και αξιολόγηση προσωπικού
  • Διασφάλιση υψηλού επιπέδου εξυπηρέτησης πελατών
  • Έλεγχος παραγγελιών, αποθεμάτων και σωστής διαχείρισης πρώτων υλών
  • Τήρηση διαδικασιών, προτύπων λειτουργίας και κανόνων υγιεινής & ασφάλειας
  • Διατήρηση οργανωμένου και επαγγελματικού περιβάλλοντος εργασίας

Requirements

Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:

  • Προϋπηρεσία τουλάχιστον 4–5 ετών σε αντίστοιχη θέση στον χώρο της εστίασης / café / restaurant
  • Ικανότητα διοίκησης και διαχείρισης ομάδας
  • Επαγγελματισμός, υπευθυνότητα και οργανωτικές ικανότητες
  • Ικανότητα λήψης αποφάσεων και διαχείρισης πίεσης
  • Πολύ καλές επικοινωνιακές δεξιότητες
  • Γνώση βασικών εργαλείων Η/Υ (Excel, Word)
  • Γνώση αγγλικών
  • Επιθυμητή εμπειρία σε οργανωμένο περιβάλλον αλυσίδας εστίασης
