【役割と責任 】 このポジションは、社内外の様々なステークホルダーと密に連携し、顧客の現場でソリューション導入からその後の課題解決までをサポートしていただきます。 日本の倉庫物流業界に新しい歴史を築くような、ロボティクスの未来を感じられるチャンスです。市場価値を高めるために、将来性のある分野で活躍できるポジションです。 複雑な問題を単純化し、原理原則に基づき分析を行い、失敗を恐れず行動できる能力が求められます。また、自分自身よりもチーム、そして何よりも顧客のことを優先できる人材を歓迎します。

【主な業務内容 】

弊社製品導入（スタート）フェーズ

  • サーバーセットアップ：顧客倉庫にて使用するサーバーを事前にセットアップ 。
  • 走行性・要件テスト：ロボットのテストを行い、走行性や要件定義とのギャップを確認。必要に応じて修正を行う。
  • 導入初期のサポート：稼働開始直後に顧客倉庫に訪問し、不具合の切り分けを実施しエンジニアチームと連携の上、改善提案を行う。

弊社製品導入後（サポート・改善）フェーズ

  • インシデント管理：システムの不具合や想定外の挙動が発生した際に、ヘルプデスクや顧客と連携して原因を特定し、 エンジニアチームと協力して早期に解決策を実施。
  • ソフトウェアアップデート対応：設定変更やバージョン更新に伴うテストを実施し、顧客倉庫に適したシステムの構築と生産性向上に取り組む。
  • 顧客満足度向上施策の推進：他チーム（CS）からのフィードバックをもとにマニュアル整備、オペレーション改善、機能追加要望の整理・提案を行い、継続的な運用品質向上を目指す。
  • 協力会社の業務管理:外部委託先企業への業務依頼及び品質管理を実施。

Requirements

【必須要件 】

  • 日本語能力試験N2レベル以上
  • 国内出張が可能な方
  • 物流業界、製造業、DX/ICT分野におけるハードウェアまたはソフトウェアのトラブルシューティング経験
  • ソフトウェアシステムエンジニアリングにおける関連経験（システム開発、ハードウェアまたはシステムテスト、QAを含むがこれらに限定されない）
