Η Ελληνική Αναπτυξιακή Τράπεζα (ΕΑΤ) ανήκει στον ευρύτερο χρηματοπιστωτικό χώρο με αντικείμενο τον σχεδιασμό, την υλοποίηση και διαχείριση στοχευμένων χρηματοδοτικών δράσεων με εφαρμογή σύγχρονων χρηματοοικονομικών εργαλείων που προωθούνται μέσω των χρηματοπιστωτικών ιδρυμάτων προς τις μικρομεσαίες επιχειρήσεις όλων των κλάδων της εγχώριας οικονομικής δραστηριότητας.

Η Διεύθυνση Νομικών Υπηρεσιών υποστηρίζει την Εταιρεία με την παροχή νομικών συμβουλών, ώστε να τηρείται το θεσμικό και κανονιστικό πλαίσιο λειτουργίας της, αντιμετωπίζει δικαστικά θέματα και θέματα προστασίας των συμφερόντων της Εταιρείας και υποστηρίζει νομικά την Διοίκηση και τις Μονάδες της Εταιρείας.

Βασικό αντικείμενο του Υπεύθυνου Προστασίας Δεδομένων (ΥΠΔ) είναι η παρακολούθηση, υποστήριξη και προώθηση της συμμόρφωσης της Εταιρείας με τον Κανονισμό (ΕΕ) 2016/679 (ΓΚΠΔ), καθώς και με κάθε συναφή εθνική και ενωσιακή νομοθεσία για την προστασία δεδομένων προσωπικού χαρακτήρα (Νομοθεσία ΠΔ).

Η Ελληνική Αναπτυξιακή Τράπεζα αναζητά Ασκούμενο/-η Δικηγόρο για να πραγματοποιήσει την άσκησή του/της στη Διεύθυνση Νομικών Υπηρεσιών και υποστηρικτικά προς τον Υπεύθυνο Προστασίας Δεδομένων για όλο το διάστημα της πρακτικής άσκησης, ελάχιστης διάρκειας 18 μηνών, με τα ακόλουθα απαιτούμενα:

Απαραίτητα προσόντα:

  • Απόφοιτος/-η Νομικής Σχολής (Πτυχίο/ Βεβαίωση περάτωσης σπουδών)
  • Άριστη γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας που αποδεικνύεται από αντίστοιχα σχετικά πιστοποιητικά ή από εργασιακή εμπειρία στο εξωτερικό.
  • Άριστη γνώση χειρισμού ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών και χρήση του MS Office.

Αρμοδιότητες:

  • Συνδρομή στις εργασίες της Διεύθυνσης Νομικών Υπηρεσιών και του Υπευθύνου Προστασίας Δεδομένων
  • Αναζήτηση νομοθεσίας και νομολογίας σχετικά με το αντικείμενο δραστηριοτήτων της Εταιρείας και εν γένει εκτέλεση νομικής έρευνας
  • Συνδρομή στη σύνταξη και τον έλεγχο συμβατικών κειμένων της Εταιρείας
  • Συμμετοχή στην οργάνωση του ψηφιακού αρχείου νομικών υποθέσεων της Εταιρείας
  • Συμβολή στις διαγωνιστικές διαδικασίες ανάθεσης προμηθειών κατά τα προβλεπόμενα στον Κανονισμό Προμηθειών της ΕΑΤ και το ν. 4412/2016 περί δημοσίων συμβάσεων
