Η Κάβα Γαρνέλης, με έδρα την Κασσιόπη της Κέρκυρας και παρουσία στον χώρο των κρασιών, των ποτών και της εξυπηρέτησης επαγγελματιών και ιδιωτών από το 1980, αναζητά νέο συνεργάτη για τη στελέχωση θέσης Γραμματειακής και Διοικητικής Υποστήριξης.

Η επιχείρηση διαθέτει μακρόχρονη εμπειρία στον κλάδο και εξυπηρετεί τόσο επιχειρήσεις που δραστηριοποιούνται στον τουρισμό και την εστίαση όσο και ιδιώτες. Στόχος μας είναι η αξιόπιστη και άμεση εξυπηρέτηση των πελατών μας, η σωστή συνεργασία με τους προμηθευτές και η οργανωμένη καθημερινή λειτουργία της επιχείρησης.

Η συγκεκριμένη θέση έχει βασικό ρόλο στην ομαλή λειτουργία του γραφείου και απευθύνεται σε άτομο οργανωτικό, υπεύθυνο και επικοινωνιακό, το οποίο μπορεί να διαχειρίζεται με συνέπεια τις καθημερινές διοικητικές εργασίες και να ανταποκρίνεται στις διαφορετικές ανάγκες της θερινής και της χειμερινής περιόδου.

Requirements

Βασικές αρμοδιότητες

  • Έκδοση και καταχώριση τιμολογίων και λοιπών παραστατικών.
  • Λήψη, καταγραφή και παρακολούθηση παραγγελιών.
  • Τηλεφωνική και ηλεκτρονική επικοινωνία με προμηθευτές.
  • Συντονισμός για διαθεσιμότητες προϊόντων, παραδόσεις και εκκρεμότητες.
  • Αρχειοθέτηση παραστατικών και επαγγελματικών εγγράφων.
  • Τηλεφωνική εξυπηρέτηση και καθημερινή επαγγελματική επικοινωνία.
  • Συνεργασία με τη διοίκηση και την υπόλοιπη ομάδα.
  • Υποστήριξη σε γενικές γραμματειακές και διοικητικές εργασίες

Επιθυμητά προσόντα

  • Καλή γνώση Η/Υ και εφαρμογών γραφείου.
  • Εξοικείωση με προγράμματα εμπορικής διαχείρισης ή τιμολόγησης.
  • Προηγούμενη εμπειρία σε αντίστοιχη θέση θα εκτιμηθεί.
  • Οργάνωση, συνέπεια και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.
  • Άνεση στην τηλεφωνική επικοινωνία.
  • Ευγένεια, υπευθυνότητα και πνεύμα συνεργασίας.
  • Ικανότητα ανταπόκρισης σε περιόδους αυξημένου φόρτου εργασίας.

Η θέση μπορεί να είναι ετήσια ή εποχική για τη θερινή σεζόν.

  • Χειμερινή περίοδος: πενθήμερη απασχόληση.
  • Δυνατότητα ευελιξίας στο ωράριο κατόπιν συνεννόησης.

Η ευελιξία του ωραρίου μπορεί να συζητηθεί κατά τη διαδικασία της συνέντευξης, ώστε να διαμορφωθεί ένα πρόγραμμα που να εξυπηρετεί τόσο την εύρυθμη λειτουργία της επιχείρησης όσο και τις ανάγκες του συνεργάτη.
